Life feels so deep lately, how about for you? 🥹

Celebrating so much LOVE and friendship 💕💌💕

Grateful for a beautiful 4 years building @grounded.lounge - our amazing Grounded family and the incredible support and love from our Las Cruces community

So thankful for our 21 years building and growing @enchantedsunrealty and for the kindest and most passionate team I could have ever asked for. These guys are the real deal, the biggest hearts, and truly making a positive impact in New Mexico

Missing my grandpa like crazy … can’t believe it will be a year since you left this world - Benito Romero RIP. Your love lives on forever in EVERYTHING we do 🕊️

Grateful for our familia and our friends
May we continue to celebrate one another and continue building meaningful and special friendships each and every day

Todo Con Amor ♥️

Some years expand you
Some years break you open
2025 did both 🤍

We helped our clients take big leaps, poured into our community, gathered and connected women, inspired and helped entrepreneurs. We traveled, we learned, and kept building together

But behind the scenes, I was also learning how to breathe through a lot of grief 🌱

Losing my grandpa changed me
He was a Dad to me, a bridge to my Mexican culture, roots and history. I miss him in ways I can’t explain

And still through the tears, there was so much love and gratitude … for family, for friends, our team, for clients who become lifelong friends, and for a community that continues to remind me that we’re not meant to do life alone 🥹

As we step into 2026, I’m carrying his love, kindness, joy for life and childlike wonder with me and I choose … 🤍

✨ helping my team reach their goals
✨ letting go of what doesn’t serve me
✨ more rest + recharge
✨ more outdoors + adventures + travel
✨ more women’s retreats + connection
✨ more “no” to what doesn’t align
✨ passion projects that light my soul on fire
✨ building the largest community for New Mexico entrepreneurs

If you’re grieving, rebuilding, or finding your way …. I see you 🤍

What’s one word you’re bringing into 2026? ✨

It’s so hard to put into words what these last few months have felt like, after losing the man who meant everything to our family 🕊️

Our beloved Abuelito - great-grandfather, and the heart behind Grounded Café - recently passed away

He wasn’t just the man who raised me like a father … he helped raise our kids too

He taught us love
He taught us patience
He taught us joy, positivity, hard work, humility, and so much kindness - the kind that lights up a room and never asks for anything in return

If you’ve ever been to Grounded… we know you’ve felt it ♥️

The way we serve, the way we welcome you in, the way we treat one another - it’s all because of him

“Todo Con Amor” isn’t just a phrase. It was the way he lived. And it’s the way we continue to run this business and our lives

He passed on his unwavering passion, beautiful heart full of pure joy, love and kindness. We are all so incredibly grateful that we get to experience the world through his eyes

Our familia, this café, this community, and this dream - It only exists because he believed in love above all else. Leaving his life in Mexico to give us a better future

And now, every coffee, every hello, every gathering held here is our way of saying:

Thank you, abuelito precioso. Your love lives in every corner of this special place and in our hearts. siempre

If you’ve ever felt the love here at Grounded, you’ve felt a piece of him

We’d love for you to share a memory, a kind word, or just send love today as we honor the man who helped us start it all by making the journey and change his world around to bring us home to New Mexico

Gracias por ser parte de nuestra familia ❤️‍🔥

So grateful for the women who inspire me 💕

Every day is a reason to celebrate the incredible women in my life - my daughters, beautiful mom, grandma, friends, colleagues, and our amazing team. These women lead with kindness, strength, and a servant’s heart. They make a difference in ways both seen … and unseen ✨

We celebrated International Women’s Day this weekend - but honoring and uplifting women is something I believe in every single day. To all the women chasing their dreams, determined to improve their lives, lifting others up, and making a positive impact - this is for you 🫶

💛 Tag a special woman who inspires you & let her know why she’s so freaking amazing! Let’s spread love & appreciation

💬 Comment “INSPIRE” for our calendar of upcoming Womens Workshops! 📝

As we celebrate the end of Hispanic Heritage Month and Indigenous Peoples Day, we honor the roots that shaped us 🌱

In 1989, my beautiful Grandparents and Mom left behind their world in Mexico, sacrificing everything to give us a brighter future filled with opportunity

Their love, sweat and tears built a legacy of perseverance & hard work. Now they get to witness generations graduate college, become Entrepreneurs & raise families of their own 🥹

Recently, my grandfather asked us “ARE YOU HAPPY?” … and with tears in our eyes we answered “Absolutely. All thanks to YOU, for everything you’ve done for us and for all your sacrifice”

Today, we honor not only our Hispanic heritage but also the Indigenous ancestors whose strength and resilience flow through our shared history. We’re grateful for the love, strength, and sacrifice that have brought us to where we are today

Never forget where you come from and let’s honor our roots and the stories of those who came before us. Together, we not only carry our dreams forward, but also theirs ✨

Life has been crazy lately for this fam! How about you guys, anyone feeling the same?! 😳🙋🏻‍♀️

May was such a beautiful, but bittersweet month - with our daughter graduating NMSU 🎓 and our son graduating high school

Who else had graduates? I know the feels, hugs to you guys! 🥹💕

We celebrated Mother’s Day, Memorial Day weekend, worked with some amazing clients and Entrepreneurs and hosted the Grand Opening for CollectiveCo @joincollective.co

Focusing on healthy habits 🌱🍏🥬
Cold plunges, infrared sauna, green juices, working out 🏋️ - and ending my work day early to spend time with my hubby and kiddos

Excited for June, it’s gonna be a great month. Hitting the reset button and re-energizing. And you friends? ✨
