The misdirection + between move is a great combo for creating separation when your defender is sitting on your first move.

💡 When to use it: When your defender is anticipating your drive, cutting off your lane, or pressuring you closely.
Sell the misdirection to get them leaning one way, then attack the opposite direction with the between move. That quick change of direction can open up space to get downhill, create a shot, or finish at the rim.

Don’t rush the move. Shift the defender first, then attack the space. 🔥

MISDIRECTION → FINISH → CHANGE OF DIRECTION → FINISH
This drill is all about ✨movement, reads, and changing gears.✨

Start with a ✨misdirection pound dribble✨to shift the defender and create the lane for the finish. After the layup, get the rebound, dribble out to the 3, plant, change direction, and attack into a ✨mid-range pull-up.✨

Two sides of the court. Two different finishes. ✨Constant movement.✨

The goal isn’t just to complete the drill—it’s to learn how to ✨change direction, create separation, and finish from different areas of the floor.✨

🗣️Train with purpose. 🏀
