Today, Browning had their 2026 Graduation, and boy is this graduating class filled with talented superstars! I am so proud of all the graduates, but there is a super soft place in my heart for my @ccaplosangeles kids…we have had quite a ride over the last 4 years: fabulous annual volunteer opportunities, fun food festivals, great field trips, cooking competitions, and so much more. I am looking forward to seeing where your paths take you! So proud of all your hard work and dedication- I love you all so much. ❤️

#aboutlastnight When all of my loves converge- it’s a good day!

A few of my @browningbison Seniors and Juniors were fortunate enough to work alongside incredibly talented @culinarycareersprogram alumni who served an absolutely delicious 4-course meal at the @jonathanclub which began with a cocktail hour on the roof-deck lawn and appetizers prepared by @chefhaydee (missed this as I was checking in the guests, so sadly no photos)

First course was a flavor bomb of Poached lobster leche de tigre prepared by @chef_greco of @portosbakery

This was followed by the most tender grilled spanish octopus from @jayrooh12 of @topoftheviv

The meat course was a delicately harissa spiced lamb chop by @bbamars of @vaca_restaurant

And the night ended with a sweet bite of basque cheesecake from my favorite smiley chef @theequeenofflavor Lasheeda Perry.

Of course the cherry on my cake is seeing all of my industry friends! @paulvitagliano @sdpredicts @cristeatorres @kimlaiyingling @chefsandersian @victorialynnparr @louisshaban1966 @chefdarayu @chefemersonmajano @susanfeniger @fairchild.barbara and being with my @ccaplosangeles family @ely.lopera @kiddingaroundthekitchen @carney.gail @grdovic Ruby & Jenn…I hope I didn’t miss anyone♥️

#fbf to Sunday when 7 of my culinary students assisted some incredible chefs @redbirdla serving up delicious delicacies in honor of raising money for @lupusla
As always, thank you @ombrello.agency for always including my @browningbison @ccaplosangeles students. And thank you to the talented chefs who took my babies under their wings and trusted them with their dishes and taught them about some new and exciting ingredients!
