First official week of summer training in the books 💪🔥

Today in day 5 we had a mix of recovery work and high-intensity training as athletes continue building their foundation and learn the system.

Every athlete has their individual drills
installed, and their development plans are officially underway.

Recovery athletes are focused on restoring range of motion, improving movement quality, and getting their bodies to bounce back for either summer ball or the next throwing day.

Movement is medicine🧘‍♂️

Others are building throwing volume, refining movement patterns, and experimenting with new feels to find what works best for them.

The goal early in the program is simple:

✅ Build volume before intensity spikes
✅ Establish efficient throwing patterns
✅ Develop a plan tailored to the individual athlete
✅ Maximize throwing opportunities

Our job is to find what works best for each athlete and help them maximize their potential.
