Scrimmage today! ⚾️🔥

It was great opportunity for the @lb_mayhembaseball squad to come together, compete, and keep growing before our next tournament. Every rep matters, and today was another chance to get better as a team.

Locked in and ready to get after it next weekend!

Another weekend getting after it with the @lb_mayhembaseball squad!

We came up just a little short, but every weekend we’re getting better, learning, and growing together. I know this group has something special and we’re knocking on the door. 💪🏼

Can’t wait to keep putting in the work, competing, and seeing what we can accomplish together!

<Defensive Drills>
for Stable Eye Focus and Catching Position

1,Catching while on both knees

2,Catching while on your shoulders and knees

3,Catching with your left toes raised

4,Establishing a proper catching stance

5,Catching and stepping

The key is having a good sense of rhythm.

Actually, try imagining that you’re pushing your glove forward just a little bit.
When you’re practicing on your own, try catching the ball as if you’re cradling it.

Let’s do our best together!
