You can do everything right on a call. Then a few days later something goes wrong in their life, money gets tight, and they want out. Some clients will call the carrier and say you scammed them, hoping to get their premiums back.

The only thing that protects you is the recording.

How to do it:
1. Record every call, every time.
2. Tell the client the call is being recorded.
3. Keep your recordings saved and easy to find.

Telling them it’s recorded also helps them trust you. They know there’s proof the call was done right.
