Hi everyone, I’m Vanessa and I'm excited to introduce myself and share my story with you.

Since I was a teenager, I struggled with depression and anxiety. At times, my life has been dark and difficult and I felt like I was stuck in a never-ending cycle of negativity and despair. But with the help of therapy, medication, a supportive community and ultimately a cellular detox (yes, you’ve read right) I was able to overcome depression and anxiety to find a new sense of hope and purpose.

Through my journey, I learned the power of self-care, self-compassion, and self-reflection. I learned that it's okay to ask for help, and that there is no shame in struggling with mental health issues. I also learned that change is possible, and that we all have the power to make a positive impact on ourselves and the world around us. However, this requires a huge amount of self discipline and commitment.

That's why I'm passionate about being the change we want to see in the world. I believe that by taking small steps every day to live our values and make a positive impact, we can create a ripple effect of positivity and change that can transform our communities and our world.

In my free time, I love to read, write, and spend time in nature. I find that being in nature is a great way to connect with myself and the world around me, and it helps me to stay grounded and centered.

Overall, I'm just a regular person who has faced some difficult challenges, but who believes in the power of hope, resilience, and self-improvement. I'm excited to connect with others who share my values and passions, and I look forward to getting to know you better!

⭐️ Help me build a community of strong & powerful women who need a space to be vulnerable in, by sharing my post with your networks⭐️
