✨another beautiful round of mahjong lessons from this spring… each one an extraordinary group gathered around a table to learn new (and hard) things, sharing laughs as it all starts to come together, and celebrating every win along the way!

it is not lost on me the privilege of getting to share and teach this game each opportunity I have! I am so grateful for this growing community of thoughtful, fun, and fabulous women (and men!) who make each lesson such a joy! 🀄️🤍

stay tuned for some very exciting events coming up in our @mahjongatlanta community!

Soul stirring tasting menu at Chef @anabanana_castro’s @lenguamadrenola. With mescales from @realminerooficial and @eljolgorio.mezcal and tons of 💣 natural wines. The masa was unreal in several forms

Supine Pelvic Lift

Sit a lot? Have a tight low back? The supine pelvic lift is a great exercise to let those back muscles quiet down and fire up your glutes! And bonus your core muscles work too!

By keeping the knees bent, the hamstrings stay out of this one and the glutes can be the star. Clients often feel lighter after this exercise because the back is less compressed and the glutes are engaged 🔴

Cherishing our grandfather’s legacy the best way we could by sharing space, tears and laughter, so much love and memories with the family he helped create and bring us into. Rinsed in the beauty and nostalgia of his life and service to our nation.

Reunited with missed family, inner child play with my cousins, feeding chipmunks in my Meme and Papa’s garden with my brother, being in awe and magic while Uncle Scott oil painted portraits as the family party buzzes around him, the feeling of pure joy to see the next generation of family experiencing gatherings.

My own life journey has been ebbing and flowing in all different ways, growing pains strong but the rewards even stronger.

Reinvesting in myself and settling into a new chapter, one that feels softer, slower, and more at peace. Like a creek carving a new path from the land I am trusting the beauty of the process and unforgivingly sinking deeper into my inner peace.
