SUMMER SHOULD BE FUN

Sharing one long moment when the understanding and realization settled in that my wonderful threes - Roya, Norelle and Amit are with me and with us.
This time I chose to start from the end: Shulboys Cleveland, Ohio - Ride to Remember. A community of Jewish motorcyclists in Cleveland, Ohio, riding for memory and commemoration. This year, they rode in memory of the Nova festival victims and for those who remained to carry on the light and love.
My wonderful threes chose to come through the music, through musical notes and through the light, somewhere in Cleveland during Matisyahu concert. Meeting the singer before the show opened a window to bring in so much light and that was the exact moment they came to be with us during a concert that was supposed to close the event, but instead opened countless hearts to love and light.
All our work, as the parents of these wonderful children, is thanks to them. These are children of love and we are doing everything in our power to continue their path and fulfill their dreams, which are intertwined with helping others, with love and without judgment.
And on that evening, at that precise moment, they came... came at full speed straight into our hearts to strengthen us on this journey and tell us: We are with you, do not hesitate to keep moving forward. Together, we are paving the path to light. Keep drawing more and more hearts to you, like an endless chain of love. ✨
I am attaching a short video of a moment when the universe wrapped us in light and love’ so different from October 7th. A divine moment, one might humbly say. Roya’s personal prayer for human peace was read on stage in Cleveland, spoken in Matisyahu’s voice, with every word touching deep inside the heart. This is a moment that will stay with us until beyond eternity.
Also, Norelle’s fais: “There is no end to your light” echoed through the hall and her angel number, 444, found a place in everyone’s heart. Countless times Matisyahu sang and promised that the light of the Nova angels will continue to shine forever and we will remember them for all eternity! Continued in first comment

Shul boys, Cleveland, Ohio Ride to Remember.🙏🏻❤️‍🩹

A year ago I heard one of my mentors say something that changed my life…

“Pray to break”

At first I couldn’t understand…

Why would I want to break? Why would I want pain? Why would I desire to experience problems?

As I contemplated this teaching I started to truly understand the depth of these words and the best example I can give is this.

If our current capacity is 100 watts of energy and it’s all we can hold asking for 1000 watts of energy will only break us causing all the energy to leak out…

If however we expand our capacity to hold 1000 watts of energy when the new energy arrives we now have the capacity to hold it.

So often we ask for “more” yet when more arrives we don’t have the capacity to hold it.

We want the dream relationship yet when the perfect person comes we push it away.

We want the dream body yet the moment we get close we sabotage it.

We want wealth and money yet when it arrives we leak and spend it.

Knowing that everything and anything is possible we must expand to be an effortless match for everything we desire…

The truth is we don’t want our desires if we’re not ready for them.

If we can’t hold them, all that will happen is we’ll recreate the conditions that make them impossible to keep.

The relationship.
The wealth.
The opportunity.
The life.

Desire and wanting everything is not the problem…
We can have everything IF we first build capacity.

This is why the prayer is often to break.

Not because life requires suffering…
Not because pain is the path…

Because every desire asks something of us.

A greater capacity to receive.
A greater capacity to hold.
A greater capacity to become.

When your desires are strong, life has a way of expanding you to match them…

The version of you that can hold everything you desire cannot be built inside the container that exists today.

Something must expand,

Something must stretch,

Something must open…

From the perspective of who you are now, that expansion can feel like breaking.

But the breaking was never there to destroy you.

It was there to increase your capacity.

To make you a home for everything you’ve been asking for…
