Hand pies are magical year-round, obviously. BUT there’s just something about ‘em this time of year. The crisp mornings, the cozy clothes, the steamy cup of coffee in your hands. A hot, buttery, flaky hand pie just hits a lil different in the fall. 🍂

And now that farmers market season has wrapped and holiday madness hasn’t quite begun, the shop is FULLA PIES! Come on down with your friends, your family, your favorite breakfast date. Eat a pie (or two) hot from the oven, grab a coffee, and stock that freezer for the week ahead. Heat, eat, repeat! 🙌

THIS WEEKEND’S LINEUP! 👀👇

🤎 BISCOFF COOKIE DOUGH
Somehow Biscoff went from peak airplane snack to the flavor of the season, and we’re HERE FOR IT. That warm, caramelized, spiced cookie flavor (what even is that?!) whipped into a luscious, creamy cookie dough filling that’s studded with white chocolate chips. This one’s for the books.

🥧 SWEET PIE ROTATION
A rare lil wildcard on the menu this weekend! We’ve got two autumn beauties waiting in the wings: our tart and jammy CRAN RAZZ, kissed with orange and cardamom, and our ooey gooey SALTED CARAMEL APPLE. We’ll be serving one at a time, swapping flavors as we sell through ‘em each day. So what you find in the hot case depends on when you swing by. And if you miss your favorite hot, there’s a good chance you’ll find it frozen!

🥦 BROCCOLI CHEESE
A forever favorite that we really ought to bring around more often. Roasted garlicky broccoli folded into a rich and creamy sharp cheddar cheese dream!

🥓 MEAT LOVERS SCRAMBLE
Farm-fresh scrambled eggs, smoky bacon, savory ham, brekkie sausage links, fresh sage and melty cheese. A hearty lil breakfast feast.

All yours HOT & CRISPY, ready to devour on the spot, or FROZEN for your future self. 💋

SHOP HOURS
FRIDAY + SATURDAY 8a–12p
SUNDAY 9a–12p

See ya at the pie shop!

THE MARKET MAY BE OVER, BUT THE PIES AREN’T GOING ANYWHERE! 💚

We’re settling back into our cozy little brick-and-mortar era for the cooler seasons, slinging up all the same comforting, buttery, flaky goodness you’ve come to know and love. Every pie is coming straight out of the oven, hot and crispy and ready for you to devour. While you’re here, stock up on our frozen hand pies for your future self. Because nothing says you’ve got your life together quite like having a freezer full of buttery little pies ready for a chilly night cozied up on the couch.

SHOP HOURS
FRIDAY + SATURDAY 8a–12p
SUNDAY 9a–12p

This week’s menu? COMFORT FOOD CENTRAL 👇

🍂 BROWN SUGAR CINNAMON
Our MVP. Brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Simply perfect in any season but especially this one right now.

🍎 SALTED CARAMEL APPLE
Tart apples simmered with brown sugar til thick, then folded with our rich, buttery homemade salted caramel. Peak autumn.

🌿 BASIL PESTO BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
A complete breakfast situation featuring farm fresh scrambled eggs, diced potatoes and bright, garlicky fresh basil pesto (*NUT-FREE!) straight from @longwalkfarm

🥧 CHICKEN POT PIE
The ultimate comfort food, always a customer favorite. Juicy chicken, mixed veggies, and a rich, creamy, herbaceous gravy. Like grandma just made you dinner!

Hot & crispy now, frozen solid for later. See you at the shop! 💛

It’s so easy to get too rigid with yourself and your business when something that has worked for a long time, suddenly stops working. Pivot incoming.

Change. Is. Inevitable. We are always presented opportunities where we can evolve in the direction we desire.

It’s happening whether we like it or not, so we can go against the current, or with it.

If I’ve learned anything in business, it’s that there is a time and place for both. Navigating when that is, can be quite the journey. ✨

A big fall weekend deserves a GOOD pie lineup. 🥧🍂 And this one’s coming with a little bittersweet news: Sunday is our FINAL farmers market of the season! Come say hi and give the market crew one last visit before we pack up the tent. 🥹 The good news is, pie and ice cream sundaes fix everything. And we just so happen to be offering those on Sunday at Centerfest!

Where you can find us this weekend👇

📍 Friday + Saturday: Shop open 8a-12p
🌾 Sunday: FINAL Aksarben Farmers Market, 9a-1p
🍦 Sunday afternoon: Centerfest! 12-6p! We’re teaming up with @coneflowercreamery for hand pie + ice cream sundaes at the shop.
🚨 The shop will be CLOSED this Sunday morning! Opening at noon for Centerfest!

This weekend’s menu 👇

💕 Cran Razz
Tart cranberries + juicy raspberries cooked into a bright, sweet-tart jam with hints of orange zest and cardamom.

🎃 Creamy Pumpkin
Rich, creamy pumpkin with cozy spices. For everyone who’s been waiting for pumpkin pie season: it’s your time!

🍠 Harvest Hash
@longwalkfarm roasted butternut squash, sweet Italian peppers + onions, roasted and tucked in with savory Italian seasonings and melty cheese. Reminiscent of an Italian sub without the meat, full of the good stuff coming out of the fields right now. Don’t sleep on this deeply savory, cozy and satisfying combo.

🐟 Everything “Bagel” & Lox
Our hand pie take on your favorite bagel order: Norwegian smoked salmon, whipped cream cheese, hash browns, capers + dill, with everything seasoning to bring it all home.

Happy October! 🍂

Some seasonal favorites are making their way back into the rotation this week. We bake with the seasons, so it’s been a minute…! I was at the farmers market last weekend buying watermelon and tomatoes alongside squash and sweet potatoes. A little summer, a little fall, I’ll take it all.

Only TWO weekends left to come see us at the Aksarben Farmers Market! After all this gloom and doom, Sunday’s forecast is currently giving us sunny and 70. PHEW. The past month has been a doozy. 😅☀️

🍎 Apple
Apple pie season is officially here. Our classic apple filling wrapped in buttery, flaky pastry. Drumming up core memories around here!

🍁 Maple Taffy
Back and better than ever! Ooey-gooey maple syrup spilling from our buttery, flaky crust. Sweet and sticky, this one quickly became a customer favorite and we’re very happy to have it back.

🌿 Rosemary Brie Scramble
Diced potatoes and scrambled farm fresh eggs mixed with creamy double-crème Brie and fresh rosemary.

🥓 Pork Belly Scramble
Whiskey and brown sugar-cured pork belly that we butcher and cure in-house, scrambled farm fresh eggs, and a cheesy mix of white cheddar, Asiago, and Parmesan. A very good reason to get out of bed. Feat. @littlemountainrg

Step out for some sunshine this weekend, shop the changing season, and grab your brunch!

Luli’s birthday is this week and it has ya girl reflecting on all the unhinged things she did while building this sweet little small business. What a ride. ✨
