🚨 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION — FINAL CALL FOR ROXIE (NEEDS PLACEMENT BY 5/6) 🚨

Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue Inc. is urgently looking for a foster or adopter for Roxie before May 6th.

Meet this almost 4-month-old German Shepherd diva 💅🏼—a tiny land shark 🦈 with ears bigger than her future and opinions stronger than your HOA.

✔️ Professional sock thief
✔️ Will judge your life choices from across the room
✔️ Already perfecting her “I didn’t do it” face 📸
✔️ Firm believer that personal space is a myth
✔️ Will absolutely try to “help” with everything… especially things she shouldn’t

She’s sweet, smart, and just the right amount of chaos 😈—basically a toddler… but faster.

Roxie is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and great with other dogs. She’s incredibly trainable, eager to learn, and the kind of dog who will grow into a loyal companion and protector. She will follow you everywhere (yes, even the bathroom), make you laugh daily, and love you with her whole heart.

In return, you’ll get 💖 loyalty, 💖 endless laughs, and 💖 a shadow with ears.

We rescued Roxie from a high-kill shelter on 3/23, and she’s been thriving in our care—but due to an upcoming double surgery on 5/8 and a required recovery period, we are working to ensure she transitions into a foster or forever home where she can continue to get the time, structure, and attention a young shepherd needs.

If you’ve ever thought about fostering, even short-term, this truly makes a life-saving difference. And if you’ve been looking for a smart, hilarious, ride-or-die kind of dog—Roxie is your girl.

Went to a small town honkytonk show @stagecoach 🤠🌴

This was the first time I’ve been and it didn’t disappoint. Incredible to see @laineywilson and @rileyduckman on stage together. @kameronmarlowe was my highlight for sure on this one, unbelievable vocals 🎤

Thank you to the rockstar @arihaagen for the invite! 🫡

Daisy (formerly Nessie) is HOME 💛🐾

From a high-kill shelter… to this life.

It took a village—
✨ Thank you to her first foster, Jami, for stepping up when she needed it most.
✨ Thank you to her second foster, Sue, for helping carry her safely to the next chapter.
✨ And to her incredible forever family—Arielle & Michael—for choosing her, loving her, and giving her the life she always deserved.

Now Daisy will spend her days at the beach, and her nights curled up with her fur siblings… exactly where she was always meant to be.

This is what rescue looks like.
Not one person—a team of love.

We can’t do this without you.
Foster. Adopt. Donate. Share.

Because there are more just like Daisy waiting. 💔➡️💛
