This is Creative HQ. 🎬 The best way to explain it is to let the students tell you. Watching @deemeg817 and @mr.megara05 grow through these experiences — as filmmakers, as collaborators, and as a mother-and-son team — is one of the reasons I love doing this. Getting people around other creatives. Getting them onto real sets. Giving them opportunities to experiment, make things, meet incredible people and discover what they’re capable of. That’s Creative HQ. And none of it happens alone. A huge thank you to @dagoodman13, my producing partner on every show Dee and Alex have been involved in. So much of what we’ve been able to create for our students simply would not be possible without David. And a big thank you to @notacopla. And a very special thank you to @joeweldon1. Joe is the reason I had the pleasure of meeting Dee and Alex in the first place, and he was one of the first people to sponsor them as Creative HQ students. I’ll always be grateful for that. Thank you to @atlaslensco for supporting the program and putting an incredible set of anamorphic lenses in our hands, and to @keleneke for always being so helpful and supportive with our cameras. Thank you as well to @pacificdinoguy, @chrisjclancy, @m.l.greth, @k_morris__official, @avetik_mkhitarian, @backtothefutureig, and everybody who has opened a door, stepped onto a set, shared their experience, or helped make one of these opportunities possible. That community is Creative HQ. Come create with us. CreativeHQ.com #CreativeHQ #FilmMentorship #Filmmaking #Filmmakers #LearnFilmmaking #CreativeCommunity

You said you wanted to be on set… well, here it is. 🎥🎬 Real sets. Real cameras. Real experience. This is filmmaker @joeweldon1 second project inside the Creative HQ Film Mentorship, and this one’s pure cinematic fire. We teamed up with our friends @sonycine and shot on the Sony Burano, paired with @atlaslensco anamorphics. The images? Unreal. The experience? Even better. Every scene was filmed safely under professional supervision. All prop weapons were handled by a trained, licensed, and certified prop professional, following full safety protocols to protect our cast and crew. 📸 BTS Photos by GOODMAN @dagoodman13 @notacopla @goodmangripandlight @davidagoodmanphotography 🎥 CAST Michael Brown Marco Toscano @toscano.marco Joe Hov @joehov Farid Unshokirov @shock_faridun Avetik- @avetik_mkhitarian David Goodman @dagoodman13 Daniel Coven @danielcovin Rigo @rigoobezo Colby @cheesesmith 🎬 CREW Director – Joe Weldon @joeweldon1 Assistant Directors – Chris Clancy @chrisjclancy , Stephanie Bates @stephabates Producer / Actor – David Goodman @goodmangripandlight Gaffer – Daniel Gomez @danielgomezbenmergui 1st AC – Kelly Thompson @kthompson888 Sound Mixer – Richie Helou Props / Armorer – Dylan @theoneandonlydielon Second Assistant Camera– Alex Megara Character Design & Blood FX– Adelia D.
