Who decided your best jewelry needs a special occasion? 👀💎

Wear the big diamonds to get coffee. Wear the statement ring to run errands. Life's too short to save your favorite pieces for someday.

Have something a little ridiculous in mind? Let's make it happen. 🐺

Your friend village isn’t always perfect. 🤍 There are seasons of being close, seasons of being busy, misunderstandings, missed texts, and moments when life pulls everyone in different directions. But the beauty of a true village? You always find your way back to each other. 🫶🏼
Because motherhood is hard enough, and having people who get it makes all the difference. We don’t have to show up perfectly for each other… we just have to keep showing up. 🌿
A village isn’t about never drifting apart. It’s about always finding your way back. 🤍

Tag your village. 🥹👇🏼

Harvest Soup
1 large sweet potato
2 peppers
3 tomatoes
4 carrots
1 whole garlic
1c cottage cheese
1c Greek yogurt
4x chicken broth

Rinse, chop and bake the vegetables at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (we switch the pans 1/2 way through). Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. You can even use an immersion blender. That’s literally it!

Most people never even set a real goal for themselves. And plenty who do never actually pursue it. It’s easy to talk about what you want. It takes a lot more to put in the work, put yourself out there, and risk coming up short in front of everybody.

My goal is always to do better, and every time I compete, I’m there to win. Saturday, I didn’t perform to the standard I hold myself to. I finished 3rd overall. That’s something to be proud of, but I know I was capable of more, and I’m not going to pretend I’m satisfied with it.

I can be disappointed in my performance and still be proud of myself. Proud that I competed. Proud of the training and effort it took to get there and do as well as I did. Proud that I never hung my head or let the disappointment take away from the experience.

Holding yourself to a high standard means being honest about where you fell short. It also means giving yourself credit for the work you actually did. I earned that 3rd place. Now I’ve got more work to do.

Big thank you to Coach Gags for your coaching, for introducing me to this sport, and for always putting me in situations where I get to be part of some really cool shit. There’s a lot I wouldn’t have experienced without you.

To my wife and lifting partner, @arinachkaaa, thank you for putting in the work alongside me and always being in my corner. Sharing this with you makes it that much better.

And thank you to @panamanian_hulk and @eddyjevrydayyy for helping with my training and pushing me to get better. I appreciate the time, effort, and support.

I’m proud of what I did. I know I can do better. And I’m going to keep chasing it.
