Meet Ari Reid (@arireidproperty), the Scottish-Filipino head of acquisitions at Oliver Bernard Private and a real estate content creator who is taking the internet by storm with her insightful reels on the property market, hopping between London neighborhoods like a real-life Monopoly board.

“This is truly my dream job,” Ari says. With a fierce passion for real estate and driven by hard work and authenticity, she credits her resilience to her Filipino heritage. “Filipinos are cheerful, positive people, even in tough situations, and I’d like to think some of that has rubbed off on me… to be kind, happy, and, most importantly, authentic.”

Peace amidst the storm. In @claridgeshotel @claridgesartspace spirits could not be dampened but only raised along with classes and good cheer as #TheRake celebrated its 15th anniversary. Friends, colleagues and collaborators joined us to mark this milestone and also have an opportunity to see contemporaries from the community of bespoke and luxury, socially well-lubricated by cocktails from @bruichladdich @belledebrillet @champagnetelmont @jackcognac @thebotanistgin , cigars from @davidoff_london and the return of the Rake’s Hot Dog stand. We are grateful to all those who were able to make it and missed terribly all those who could not. Till next time.
