POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Lately, I’ve realised
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is keep going while nobody really understands what you're carrying.
Not everything needs to be explained.
Some chapters are meant to be lived before they're understood.

Ps: every picture has a caption.

People who love me, I love you more.

Maybe the hardest part of going through a difficult phase is having to explain yourself while you're still trying to understand yourself.

I deeply understand how things look on surface and how they might actually be.

Things I've never experienced before, all happening at once.

People are quick to judge the changes they see without knowing what caused them. They see you differently, but they don't see everything that changed around you.

(Hand is not mine)

I'm still figuring out how to navigate this version of my life.
how easy it is for people to judge a chapter they know nothing about.
Some days I’m trying to understand myself while everyone else seems so sure they understand me. Some days I’m okay, some days I’m not. Some days I show up, and some days simply getting through the day feels like enough.
People see the outcome. They don't see the things that happened before it.
They see a setback and call it a lack of effort.
They see distance and call it attitude.
They see silence and assume you don't care.
But mental health isn't always visible. And struggling doesn't always look like giving up.
Sometimes you're still fighting. You're just fighting quietly.
I’m not asking anyone to understand everything I’m going through. I just wish people remembered that there’s always a side of the story they haven't seen.
This phase is unfamiliar.

So if I've peen quieter, different, distant, or not quite myself lately... maybe I'm not losing myself. Maybe I'm just trying to find my way through something I've never been through before.

I'm unfamiliar with parts of myself in it too.
So I'm giving myself the time to figure it out.
Maybe I don't need to have it all together right now.
Maybe I'm allowed to be a work in progress. 🤍

Sometimes you're not careless.
You're overwhelmed.
Sometimes you're not giving up.
You're adjusting.

I just wish people understood that tryin

(No chatgpt lol)

Here is to 19 🥂 the last of the teen years. I am looking forward to grow into a human being worthy of the love I’ve been given. my heart has no room for things that can be bought or wrapped. Please, keep the gifts! I don't need them. Whether it is this birthday or my very last day on this earth,my only wish is to be surrounded by my family and the people I love. Their presence is the only present I will ever need. Thank you, you all are the reason I feel safe enough to grow and you are the only things in this world I am terrified to lose🧿
