Girls day out in Saigon 🥹🤍 A going away celebration for our friend but also my first week in Ho Chi Minh City and I didn’t realize how much I needed this. We perfume shopped at Beauty Lab, ate Indian food, thrifted, and ended at a coffee shop…but the real highlight was being surrounded by women who are also living life outside their comfort zone. This is what community does… it grounds you. And it’s exactly why I’m launching @homii.global to help you find your people and the spaces that welcome you home, whether you’re new in town or a local ready to expand your world. ✨

If you’re ever in Ho Chi Minh City check out this ice cream spot that lets you try as many flavors, and some Vietnamese food flavors as well…They may also let you practice your Vietnamese 😂😂

@ariventuras and I ended up with chocolate 🍫

Would you try pho or fish sauce ice cream?

Once you’re inside of a country. The prices of tickets are extremely affordable! What type of deals have you come across while traveling inside of a country?

Jan 2024 rolled around and I knew I was going to at least one country in Asia - Thailand.

Dec 2024 is here and I've now visited 10 countries all around the world!

This was NOT a part of the plan but I LOVE that this was how it worked out!

I won't lie, I had an inkling I'd get to maybe 5 of these countries if I was lucky? Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia (and Cambodia and Laos if I was extra lucky) being on this side of the world and all of them being so close made sense if I was able to make it happen.

3 of these countries weren't in the cards for this year at all (Sri Lanka, Japan & Australia) but opportunities presented themselves and I said "Why not??"

1 of them wasn't in the cards, ever (Bali, Indonesia). And turns out it was the place I would like the most and chose to live in 😂 funny how that works right?

I say all this to say, that if it feels right:

1. Say yes even when it's scary.
2. Say yes even when you're unsure of how it's going to work out.
3. Follow your gut.
4. Save your coins.
5. BELIEVE it's possible.

Because your life can play out even bigger than you ever imagined.

Thank you to every single person who played a role in filling my life with travel this year. If it wasn't for some of you inviting me places, I wouldn't have gone. If it wasn't for some of you taking care of me in others, I couldn't go. If it wasn't for some of you supporting me through my guides and shirts and tours I wouldn't be anywhere! So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I'm eager to see the places 2025 has in store. Are you ready??

We love @asiascenic cooking school here in Chiang Mai! You’ll learn how to create an array of traditional Thai dishes like Pad Thai, Mango sticky rice, green curry, Khao Soi and more!

Many thanks to @afrocaribbean_chiangmai for having me at AfroSplash last weekend💦 safe to say I had a blast playing with such amazing DJs like @benthefunkyhomosapien @zereo_music & @strictlyblazin 🔥 And I’m still stunned by the performance from @sphinxara our very own fire dancer 💃🏾🔥 BIG s/o to @djdj_squared for bringing us together and putting this on!! It was an incredible success and huge accomplishment 👏🏾 I’m already looking forward to what else is cooking up 👀 (and so should you!)

Can you believe I’ve only been in Chiang Mai for two weeks? Yet I’ve seen some people I met at this event so often, now I feel like we’re neighbors 😂 There’s an energy here that’s hard to find anywhere else. I love the casualness, it’s like everyone is your neighbor or cousin 🤭

Keep your eye on @afrocaribbean_chiangmai for more events to come in Chiang Mai 👀 trust me, you don’t wanna miss out
