As a coconut lover this was a must try!

I got invited to try Melo Melo Coconut Dessert and I didn’t expect to be this into it. The texture is actually like melt-in-your-mouth, super smooth. 👌🏼

You can tell Melo Melo uses quality ingredients, it tastes clean, fresh, nothing artificial. No preservatives, no water added, just real fruit.

And I love that they use glass jars you can take home and reuse.

The Chocolate & Wine Festival is officially BACK on March 7 at Pechanga Resort Casino and this year marks their 16th anniversary! 🍷🍫✨

I had the chance to attend the exclusive media preview, and it was such a beautiful experience. Not only did I get to catch up with some of my favorite fellow content creators, but we also tasted an incredible variety of dishes prepared by Pechanga’s signature restaurants.

From fresh salmon tartare and bright, citrusy ceviche to maple glazed pork belly, tender short rib, buttery lobster, and even A5 Wagyu and very bite was thoughtfully prepared and served as a sample showcase of the resort’s culinary range. And of course, perfectly paired wines and decadent chocolate selections throughout the evening.

If you’re looking for the ultimate foodie experience, date or girls day out, this is it. It’s such a fun way to explore multiple restaurants in one afternoon while enjoying wine, sweets, and elevated flavors all under one roof.
