We finished the first week of the semester at the Amant Foundation @amant.arts with a truly amazing behind the scenes tour with Curator, Patricia Hernández and Executive Director, Nick Pilato! Amant is a center for contemporary art located in Brooklyn, NY. The core of Amant’s mission is to advance the presentation of contemporary art with an emphasis on innovative formats and ideas.

The incredible campus of five buildings remakes the urban fabric of the existing streets without distracting away from the context by creating a new flow with porous forms, and moments of unique quality space, all while using locally sourced materials. Plus, the detailing by SO-IL and GRT Architects of every space was so well done, we were all speechless by the end of the tour!

Check out the new Amant exhibits with a Grand Opening on September 17, 2026!
