Let’s help each other out while we help small businesses. I will buy a $50 gift cards to the Los Angeles restaurant of your choice (no chain restaurants or big places please) to two of my followers. All you have to do is:
1. Follow me & Like this post
2. Comment below about their favorite L.A. restaurant.
Enter as many as times you’d like.

As we all know, the restaurant industry is suffering right now, along with the rest of the lifestyle and hospitality industries, and I want to do something to help folks who have been so supportive of me. Before I began my culinary adventures, I was a news/documentary producer. It was such a nice surprise to change fields and find such wonderful collaborators, teammates, and co-workers, in this city who all seem to support each other and cheer each other on. I learned the sense of community for the first time.
Let’s all do what we can to support our favorite restaurants and business so that they’re still around when all of this is over. It makes me mad to see some of these “influencers” take advantage of the situation asking for freebies while people are just worried about meeting payroll. So thanks again for choosing the positive and helpful side and enjoy your meals if you’re the one who gets chosen. The winner will be picked on Thursday, March 19th.
Thanks @gourmetpigs for inspiring me to do the same!
