A little snippet from a project that we’ve worked on over the years in La Jolla, San Diego.
Just love this view showing a few of the gorgeous and very carefully curated items that we included in this project such as the super special wallpaper from @phillipjeffriesltd (it’s called Afloat Rare Blue on Glam Grass), the fabulous mid century media console from @westelm, the marvelous turntable from @arkrocketaudio, the wonderful @rochebobois vase with fish, and last but not least the most awesome custom ball tubular bar shelving system with polished chrome finish from @palmer_industries (peaking through from the other room).
Each piece was selected with intention which is why and how we achieved the most cohesive and beautiful result 💖

I can’t believe I waited this long to get a turntable.

There’s something about having actual records in your home that feels different. And the @arkrocketaudio Cassini #sponsored makes it even better because it gives you that classic vinyl experience without looking like it belongs in another decade.

The Arkrocket Cassini has the look I wanted dark walnut, clean lines and matching bookshelf speakers but with modern features like Bluetooth and a built-in phono preamp.

5 reasons I love this setup from @arkrocketaudio 👇🏽
1. All white look so clean!
2. LED lit platter is a vibe
3. 40W speakers for that level up in sound. This is super important to me because I need that fuller sound with the headroom to do justice to these songs
4. Wireless setup is so easy. Switch to Bluetooth and the speakers pair in a snap!
5. Affordability. $299 for this entire set up gets you aesthetic, quality audio, and wireless connectivity.

🎵 Turntable: Polaris II with wireless Bluetooth in white
🎵 Music: @otisredding - I’ve been loving you too long,

So, after actually putting the ArkRocket Polaris II through a sound test, here are my thoughts. 🎶💿

First off, the bass really surprised me. It sounded full without the speakers ever feeling like they were struggling, even when I turned the volume up.

The vocals were pretty fair overall. I did notice a little bit of static here and there, but I was testing with a record that had some dust on it, and the stylus could probably use an upgrade down the road. I’d definitely want to test it again with a cleaner record and a newer stylus before putting too much weight on that.

At both lower and higher volumes, the speakers sounded great. Obviously, once you turn it up, you’re going to hear more of that natural vinyl crackle, but personally, I don’t mind that at all. 🤷‍♂️

Most importantly, the speakers never distorted, even when pushing the volume.

Overall, I’m really impressed with the sound quality, especially considering what you’re getting in this setup. You’re getting the turntable, two speakers, Bluetooth, and a really nice-looking setup all together.

For the price, I honestly think the Polaris II is a really solid option for someone who wants to get into vinyl without having to build a setup piece by piece. 🔥
