Providing premium shooting and reloading equipment for passionate enthusiasts 🔫

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A week ago, the Shotgun World Shoot was coming to an end, as was my visit to see old friends after a long time and meet new ones.

People from all over the world 🌐 had come to Corinth to take part, whether as competitors, range officers, exhibitors, or simply visitors.

Shotgun isn't my cup of tea, but I know so many people who enjoy it, each involved in their own way. The least I could do was stop by to say hi, even if my stay was a short one.

Smiles and gifts were exchanged 🐨 and I got to learn so much about the sport through observation and conversations with shooters and ROs alike!

I'm sure I missed several friends, all there for different reasons and in different roles and capacities in the match.
Apparently, one day just isn't enough!

P.S. The black sheep cover thingy stole my heart 😄
P.P.S. Being chased by geese is so fun(ny) and duckies are pretty chill!

QC is important to me with everything I do. Made sure I bought the best QC equipment possible. @armanov_com made this really simple providing a tight specs mimicking my 2011 barrels . Everything that came out of my Ammo Checker 100 rnd 4-in-1 Bundle QC has been doing well so far. Great way to catch deformed, bulging, and defective brass. Do it right the first time and save your self a future possible jam in matches.

Big props to them for making quality products for my reload journey. Great combo for my Dillon xl750.

So, you want to shoot in the Open Division?

My reloading room is officially up and running, and I’ve got my .38 Super Comp Major load dialed in at a 172 power factor.

The new setup is coming together, the load is right where I want it, and things are definitely progressing in the right direction.

I just made my first 200 rounds on my @mark7loading
Case gauged all fresh ammo on my @armanov_com ammo checker
My @emgcustoms should enjoy the fresh food

When the stage plan says attack the position… and you take it a little too literally. 😂

A full-speed face plant into the barricade was definitely not part of the plan.

The important lesson: commit to the movement—but keep enough control to actually arrive on your feet.

No injuries, just a slightly bruised ego and a very memorable stage.

1 day left until Lithuania Open 2026.

Last training session before this year's one of the most interesting and important competitions in Lithuania. With this competition we will finish only half of this shooting season, there still will be two LVL3 competitions left in Lithuania - Armatus Open 2026, and Vilnius Open 2026.
This long weekend should be very interesting, but also tiring. Two days of shooting, 18 stages, a lot of participants. Sounds interesting and fun, but we will have to work hard :)
Have a good weekend everyone, and best of luck in the match! See you!

Shot statistics:
Fired during training - 300 shots
Total shots fired this year -5425 shots

Full Metal Steel – formerly known as the Hera Steel Nightmare – was back after years of being gone… and this time I got to stand on that podium 🥹🥈✨

🥈 2nd place – Pistol Open Lady
🔥 Top 10 overall out of roughly 100 starters in my division.

And my husband took 🥇 1st overall, so I guess no arguments are allowed in this household this week… 😜❤️

180 steel targets 🔩, 6 stages 🎯, and seriously warm temperatures ☀️🥵.

The twist? Every steel target had it’s own color and needed to be shot from the boxes with the matching color 🎨💥.

Yellow box = yellow steel,
pink = pink,
blue = blue,
green = green.
White targets were bonus targets worth -1 second off your total time if you hit them. Grey targets 🩶 just happily stole your ammo and time if you touched them. 😅

None of this happens by itself, though. 🥹🫶🏻

Somebody built and painted every single one of those 180 targets. 🎨🔨 Somebody stood in the heat all weekend 🌡️ so we could simply show up and shoot. Somebody kept score 📋, kept the water flowing 💧, reset steel, and kept everything running on time ⏱️.

That’s the real work behind a “fun match,” and it deserves far more recognition. ❤️

It wasn’t a flawless match for me 🙈 I decided not to shoot two white bonus targets on one stage, and on another the lighting made it difficult to pick out the correct colors in the sand quickly enough, so I needed to go back in some boxes🌞🎯 Small decisions, but they added up to a few seconds.

The important part? I finished every single stage within the given time limit. ⏰💪

The last time the Hera Steel Nightmare took place, I didn’t even make it past the first two colored boxes. 😅

So this result means a little more than the trophy alone can show. 🥹❤️

A huge thank you to the organisators, the Range Officers, and every volunteer who gave up their weekend to make this match possible. 🙏🫶🏻 And thank you to everyone who keeps showing up, cheering me on, and supporting me along the way. ❤️🥹

And one final thing… My ammo also does wonderful things for muzzle flash photos - Right?!? Thanks to @helmut_hofmann_gmbh @omi_brand_news 😅😜📸🔥
