One last day. One last push. And one final episode. 🏔️💛

When we started this adventure, we thought we were going to Switzerland to climb some mountains.

But somewhere along the way, it became about so much more.

We learned a lot about ourselves what happens when you’re tired, uncomfortable and pushed beyond what you thought you could do.

But perhaps more importantly, we learned a lot about each other.

About friendship. About vulnerability. About having someone’s back when things get tough. About accepting help when you need it. And about how much stronger we become when we genuinely care for one another.

We went looking for an adventure… and came home with something none of us really expected.

This is the fourth and final episode of our Swiss Alps journey.

And if there’s one thing we hope from sharing this whole adventure, it’s that somewhere in these four episodes, something resonates with you and perhaps inspires something in your own life.

Maybe to take on that challenge you’ve been putting off. To call a mate. To get outside your comfort zone. Or simply to appreciate the people who have your back.

And through it all, every step has been for something much bigger than us raising money for Little Harbour Children’s Hospice, in memory of Bonnie. 💛

Just when we thought the mountain had shown us what it was capable of… we had to get up and do it all over again. 🏔️

Welcome to Episode 3.

By now, the excitement of starting the adventure had well and truly worn off. 😂 The legs were feeling it, the bodies were tired, and the mountains certainly weren’t getting any smaller.

But something else was happening too.

When you go through something like this together, you start to realise it’s not really about who’s the fittest or who gets there first.

It becomes something much more human.

You start to realise there are people who genuinely care about you. People who have your back. And when you’re there for someone else when you help them through their difficult moments somehow you feel that support coming straight back to you.

Maybe that’s one of the most important things we took from this adventure: when you care for each other, everybody becomes stronger.

And that’s why every step of this adventure is important to raise money for Little Harbour Children’s Hospice, in memory of Bonnie. 💛

We thought we were ready. The mountain was about to prove otherwise. 🏔️

The hike had finally begun.

We were feeling fit, positive and confident. Months of preparation were behind us, and we genuinely believed we were ready for whatever lay ahead.

We weren’t.

The mountain had other ideas.

The weather turned, the elements closed in, and we got our first real lesson in just how unpredictable and unforgiving the mountains can be.

Episode 2 is where the adventure really starts to test us amongst some absolutely incredible scenery, plenty of laughs… and some very real suffering. 😂🥶

When things got uncomfortable, one thing became very clear: luckily, we had each other.

Walking in those conditions, there’s something incredibly reassuring about knowing you’re part of a group and that every single person beside you has your back.

And it also reminded us why we were there.

We had chosen this challenge. There are children and families facing challenges they never chose.

For us, that was Bonnie 💛 and the reason we kept putting one foot in front of the other — raising money for Little Harbour Children’s Hospice in her memory.

Four ordinary guys. One very big Swiss Alps adventure. 🏔️

What started as a simple idea to escape the rat race wake up, put the boots on and walk turned into something much more meaningful than we ever expected.

We're doing this for Bonnie 💛, who passed away from osteosarcoma aged just 9, and to raise money for Little Harbour Children's Hospice, who supported Bonnie and her family when they needed it most.

Join us for four episodes of this once-in-a-lifetime adventure mountains, laughs, suffering, friendship and probably a few moments where we wonder what the hell we signed up for. 😂

A friend can ask you to go for a walk.
A really good friend invites you to suffer.

Three days in the Swiss Alps. 🏔️

Hiking. Paragliding. White-water rafting. Pushing ourselves far beyond our comfort zones.

But the greatest lesson wasn't about the mountains—it was about people.

It's about having each other's backs, stepping up when someone needs you, and giving without expecting anything in return.

That's what this adventure was really about.
We've captured the entire journey, and we'll be sharing it with you soon in a brand-new YouTube series.

If this message resonates with you, we'd love your support. We're raising funds for a children's hospice that provides compassionate end-of-life care for children with cancer and their families.

Every donation, big or small, helps make an incredible difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️

I'm back.. 2026 is going to be the year i start to share things in my daily life again..

Early days i was one of the first weird ones to be vloging at the shows sharing the behind the seens.

Back then it got me into a social media head space that my thoughts where consumed by, so I decided to stop doing it.

I have for some time been looking for away to share and contribute more of my passions and experiences and I think in 2026 I have found away!

A way that works in time, that feels natural and that gives me energy..

I hope some of you will join me for the journey.

Stay tuned for what's to come..
