Z-Team reporting for duty. Thank you all for this impromptu Dispatch Meet-Up at NärCon Summer 2026. I am so happy to know people are fans of this amazing game and that they put such amazing effort into their cosplays. I can't wait to see what else these amazing cosplayers have to offer.

Big post for a big event!

Big as in a huge happening in my life, since it was my first time going to a convention in a different country, alone, and also my first Närcon!

It started pretty badly, I never actually had a desire to visit Närcon, esp because of the summer weather and outdoors. Plus, I was scared of a big event at which I'd feel overwhelmed and lost without anyone there with me.

Having my friend suggest to hang out together helped a lot, since I had almost no idea what I'm going to do there. But it took a turn🤣

I had a really good time at Närcon! (we don't talk about the trip and outside of con adventures tho💀)

I was warmly welcomed, and it really felt like it! The venue had everything, and I'm specifically glad for a little convenience store😭✨my love❤️ Which also helped me to become better acquainted with the people I then ended up spending a huge amount of time with the remaining two days😅💜 watermelon ice cream power💪🏻

It really helped me to not feel alone and lost, but also somehow ironic that this isn't the first time I go to an unfamiliar con and end up sticking to someone like glue💀

There were moments when I did feel the weight of being at a big convention, overwhelmed (mostly last day) and my mind got to me when I was alone and it took advantage of it.

I'm not an extrovert, but I am addicted to having people around me I'm feeling comfortable with, and I get attached easily if there're enough reasons for me to. But my brain also loves to tell me to not be annoying and clingy, which doesn't help with my identity issues at all😅

The reason I mentioned it, is that I could see and reflect more on how I'm being affected by people and also dare to be myself around some people, despite the fears and anxiety. I know I'm broken in many ways, but I still wish to express myself and be seen as who I am, even if it is so damn hard all the time because of the fear of not being accepted.

So, let's just say that this convention meant a lot more to me than just an event for entertainment. My main focus will always be people,(everyone involved) they're what makes it such a beautiful experience that you wish to return to again and again🫶🏻

✨ Cosplay reveal ✨
I got this cosplay for my birthday from @graceful_godfish and @himeberry.cosplay and I finally, after moving got around to fit it 🥰🙏
When @photosby.christine posted that she was looking for honkai star rail cosplayers, I found the last bit of motivation I needed to finish her completely 🫶
.
Being on a shoot with @photosby.christine along with @desertraincosplay was such a good time ❤️ it was raining quite a lot, but I do believe we ended up using it to our advantage ☔ the photos turned out really nice and I look forward to show more of the beautiful art @photosby.christine created with it 😇

Time for the last post! Sunday at jpopcon was overwhelmingly positive, since Cajsa and I had been working on a show for JSC that we got to perform! I'd been working very hard on my newly styled Junko wig, and the amount of compliments I got on it was so heartwarming, and I can't wait to wear it again!
I also had the honor of winning at JSC! I was awarded the price of 'Best Makeup' - a price sponsored by NYX, so I got a bunch of cool products. AND even better! Our act won 'Best Character Portrayal'! Performing on stage with my fiancé has got to be one of my favorite experiences, and I can't wait to do it more in the future ♡
