Sometimes it isn’t clicking. Sometimes it isn’t easy. Sometimes you just dig in and grind to get it done. But in all of those times you’re thankful that you’re surrounded by people who push you and support you to get better! #greenvilleweightlifting #olympiclifting #southcarolinaweightlifting #igotcomplimented #thenreprimanded #livefit #fiercefuel #coach #nutritioncoach #fitnesscoach

I’m no gourmet chef (like @hambone_goonies), AND I was too lazy this morning to make an early breakfast (thanks @whoop for making me really feel my 29% recovery🤦🏼‍♀️), but this little brunch Egg White Omelet looks sooo delicious!!! Hahaha! Peep below for what I included!!

Ingredients:
**all ingredients measured with food scale and entered into MyFitnessPal for macro tracking**
•220g Egg Whites
•60g Feta cheese (divided b/w omelet and spinach)
•1 cup baby spinach sautéed with spray avocado oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper
•50g blueberries sautéed with spinach
•2 slices of Dave’s Killer Whole Grain bread (because Carbs)
•Sweet Peppers just because I love them!

My portions are strictly based on what my macros are currently set at from my nutrition Coach!! Yours may vary from mine because no two plans are the same!!

@amylufoods coming in clutch with their Paleo Chicken Andouille Sausage! It is so quick and easy to make, and added in with brown rice, sautéed peppers & onions, and some roasted Brussels Sprouts, it makes a super balanced macro friendly dinner!!! Oh, and I added a couple drizzles of coconut aminos (as a replacement for soy sauce and because I am obsessed with sauces) and it literally set it off!!!! So good!! #eattolive #fiercefuelnutrition #macros #nutrition #fitness #foodforfitness #buildthebodyyoulove

Seven years ago today I started CrossFit. Seven years ago started some of the most tumultuous times in my life as a mother and adult. To say that CrossFit saved my life a few times would not be an understatement. At times it brought me closer to others in a drought where I felt very alone. It kept me afloat as a human being interconnected with other humans when I just needed people around.
The blood, sweat and tears that would come multiple years after starting CrossFit wasn’t only in the gym but in my personal life. At times I didn’t know if I could take one more step or tread enough water to keep me from drowning. It was definitely me pulling myself out of the rubble most days. Making sure the girls were ok before any thing else. Wanting to be the best mother but feeling like a failure most days. CrossFit helped me see past myself and to what could be, what I could accomplish and who would be by my side in the process. It helped me feel less alone and it still helps me feel humble AF.... especially with @_crash_fitness’s programming. 😂
I’m SUPER fortunate to have some very close friends that I’ve made in the CrossFit arena and I appreciate you all whether we still talk on a daily basis or not. You are and will always be my people. I tried to tag everyone that’s made a positive impact on my journey and it stopped me at 20. I’ll try and tag more in the comments. I wish I could hug you all! 🤗😭😘
