The cool things that make us, us 🤍

Being part of this community is a full body, mind, and soul experience. It’s about so much more than movement. It’s the people, the support, and the love we have for one another that makes this community what it is.

We are forever grateful to experience the kind of love that happens within these four walls.

Movement is medicine, but so is being surrounded by people who support you, believe in you, and make you feel like you belong.

This is more than a workout. It’s a place to connect, spread love, and feel good in your body. ✨

So grateful for this community and all the love that fills the studio 🤍

And then, little by little, you realize it wasn’t just about the workout.

Cavities develop silently, without any pain, until the decay has progressed significantly. Many people mistakenly believe that the absence of pain means the absence of problems, but tooth pain is actually a poor and late indicator of dental disease. Early-stage cavities affecting only the enamel or outer dentin typically cause no discomfort at all, since the nerve hasn’t yet been affected. By the time a cavity does hurt, it’s often deep enough to require a root canal or more extensive treatment, rather than a simple filling. Routine checkups and X-rays allow us to catch decay while it’s still small and easily treatable, helping you avoid more invasive and costly procedures down the road. Waiting for pain as a signal to see the dentist means waiting until the most conservative treatment options may no longer be on the table. #woodlandhillsdentist #tarzanadentist #calabasasdentist #cavities #conservativedentistry

A week out from my second Embers & Thyme gathering, I find myself reflecting on the day and all the emotions I felt being surrounded by women who inspire me…creative, passionate, and each so uniquely themselves.

It was a day to celebrate the different things that make us who we are, and the women who pour so much love into what they create. Whether it has grown into a small business or remains simply a passion they’ve chosen to share, there is something so special about watching someone’s gift ignite something in another person they didn’t even know they needed.

We ended the day with Lilit guiding us through a beautiful meditation centered around personal abundance..
a reminder that abundance isn’t always about having more. Sometimes it is simply slowing down long enough to recognize how much already exists within us and around us. Our gifts. Our time. Our friendships. Our creativity. The people who show up for us. The ordinary moments we so easily overlook.

In so many ways, Embers & Thyme and the products I began creating led me to many of these incredible women. Others were new faces, invited by friends, each arriving with something uniquely their own to share. That alone has been one of the most unexpected gifts of this journey.

In this chapter of my life, I’m learning to recognize both my strengths and my limitations.. and to be at peace with both. I may not always have the trending audio, the perfect viral hook, or know how to keep up with everything moving so quickly around us. But that day, I felt something far more meaningful to me.

I felt connected. Grounded. Supported. Encouraged. Understood.

It felt real.

We live in a world that is more connected than ever, yet somehow we can feel more distant from one another than ever before. We gave one another something increasingly rare… our presence, our time, our attention, and the freedom to simply be ourselves.

Maybe that is abundance too. Not constantly searching for what is missing or what comes next, but having the gratitude to recognize what is already here.

Still reflecting. Still grateful. And so excited to see where this little ember leads next. 🤍 #embersandthyme #embersandthymegatherings

We built this little gem of a dental practice where we don’t just do dentistry, we refine beauty, enhance confidence, and treat the whole body instead of just teeth. Dentistry doesn’t have to be fear in some cold office. It can be a community of people who care for you, who cheer you on and champion your courage. #conservativedentistry #woodlandhillsdentist #tarzanadentist #calabasasdentist #dentistnearme
