Creating a game might sound silly, but my intention is to help people/students improve their capacity to focus and learn. MindSprint is three events designed to help you improve these skills. I invented this seven years ago and have finally brought it forth. Please play! It would mean a lot to me. Also please share with teachers and educators. I have classrooms using it and we are just getting started. Link to app in bio.

Check out MindSprint! Our goal is to get this into schools. Possibly Scholars Bowl. Share with educators and teachers and schools. Thank you! This is a condensed round. The game has three math problems. Three javelin throws. And three visual recall sequences. Link to the game is in bio.

I have been working on a new program currently titled The Unstoppable 5. It’s simple. Do five minutes of high quality high intensity exercise for five minutes a day. Zero rest. This boosts metabolism and builds muscle AND keeps you connected to your vitality everyday. I have noticed that we all need help keeping our workouts consistent. This is where the magic happens. DM me if you would like me to hold you accountable. I specialize in strength for ages 40 and over. If you have lost muscle and strength, feel less mobile, and continue to put off exercising then hit me up. Typically this hesitation or procrastination to exercise is accompanied by any number of things: overeating, eating too much sugar, staying up too late, screen addiction. I know them all too well and can help you move forward. You can feel stronger and profoundly connected to your life force. Mobility returns, breathing deepens, and you all of a sudden can’t even remember being stuck. There is a path ahead.

Celebrating VICTORIES! (And Rain in Ojai!)

We just wrapped our first round of the Energy Revival Cleanse Level 1 program and folks are beaming with all the positive momentum.

Thank you to all you brave souls who joined us for this heroic effort to Change your health and life for the better. True change takes time, and yet we have seen some amazing results in just 30 days simply by focusing on four foundational areas: nutrition, rest, stress, and movement.

Celebrating better energy, balanced mood, improved digestion, reduced inflammation and pain, deeper rest, overcoming unhealthy relationships to food, stable blood sugar, clearer mind, renewed inspiration, losing extra weight, feeling stronger and more embodied, and re-discovering a connection to an intuitive way of eating, living and caring for ourselves…and so much more.

We literally had people say they will never go back after doing this cleanse, and we are jokingly calling it The Cleanse that Never Ends.

We have had a lot of inquiries about when we are starting the next round, and we are excited to share that the next group starts October 20th.

This process has proven itself many times over, but always surprises me with how simple, rewarding, and fun it can be, especially in community.

Congratulations to all who participated, and please consider joining us for this next round if you feel inspired to make a change for the better.

As I was making my gift list for friends, I found a common theme: transformation. I don’t know about you guys but this year has been super transformative for me (Hello Saturn Return🪐). I thought it worthy to share some of the items & experiences I’m gifting to friends (& myself!). Not only do these gifts support inner work & personal transformation, they’re small businesses & self-created items/experiences which feel more imperative to support with each passing day.

Milly’s Transformational Gift Guide 2021 🎁❤️

✨For the tarot card lover: @Kaehart, @eighthhouseastro & @serpentfire’s Celestial Bodies Astrology & Numerology Oracle deck (omgosh these are so beautiful!)

✨For the person who would benefit from inner work (aka all of us!): @meetprism’s 1:1 Sessions (#gamechanger)

✨For the person making healthy lifestyle changes in their daily lives: @ariellecaputo’s new book “The Little Black Book of Secrets” (filled with discount codes on natural products!)

✨For the kiddos!: @littlecrabastrology’s "The Little Crab Finds a Friend” book (it’s just the best!)

✨For the boujee candle lover: @aceyogala’s @i_am_candles_by_ace (I was gifted the “I Am Love” last holiday season & it’s divine!)

✨For the workout enthusiast: @trentknott’s @arrive.strenght sessions & cozy sweatshirts & other appear (bonus perk, he’s using the money raised to pay for his next level of education!)

✨For those desiring some self-care via energy work: @reikicreative’s distant reiki healing sessions (bonus perk, holiday discount of buy one gift one to friend is active until 12/8 @ 11:59 pm pst.)

✨For the actors & creatives: @murisaharba’s new book “Acting with Energy” on utilizing the chakras as a method to perform (IMHO, this method is the future for all creatives.)

✨And finally, for those curious as past lives(!!): a session with @thepastliferegressionist (what can I say that I haven’t already?! A truly transformational experience.)

To purchase, visit each IG page & see the links in their bios.

May your holidays be merry and filled with love & light!
❤️✨❤️
