For our Paddy Murphy philanthropy this year, we are hosting a fundraiser to support ARRIVE in Kenya, a non-profit organization that works towards improving the lives of vulnerable children across the world. ARRIVE collaborates with local organizations to empower at-risk youth, orphans, and street children, providing them with shelter, education, and access to healthcare. Gus Nemechek, an SAE Colorado Chi member, helped bring this organization into the eyes of our chapter, which aims to generate positive action and sustainable progress to help children in impoverished regions achieve independence and success. Please join us in supporting this noble cause and help make a difference in the lives of these children.

Feel free to use the GoFundMe link in our bio to donate. Anything helps ❤️

As of today we are officially starting our Paddy Murphy philanthropy event. The charity we are fundraising for is called Arrive in Kenya and was started by a former Colorado Chi. The mission of Arrive in Kenya is to generate positive action and sustainable advancement to empower children in impoverished regions of the world by providing shelter, promoting good health, offering access to education and giving at-risk children tools and opportunities for a successful, independent, and fulfilling life. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and even sharing the link to the Gofundme helps! Let’s have a successful Paddy Murphy philanthropy this year! Thank you everyone!

Please donate if you can. Brian is doing amazing things in Kenya. He is the nephew of a dear friend. "Like other non-profit organizations, Arrive is struggling to make ends meet during this CO. VID. - 19 pandemic. Without volunteer income to support our childrens homes, our financial struggle is compounded as we are currently incurring unforeseen costs. Enduring this pandemic in a developing country without the institutions which the rest of the world relies on, while at the same time remaining 100% committed to providing for the most vulnerable children in the local communities, has dwindled Arrive’s resources to a dangerously low level."

There is a time when Muuo would endure all the pain alone. Today it is different. He has Mum @racheldacos even in the middle of the night. #bestmumever #loveforkids #newhome #showlove #achildatatime

Goal: Create something a bit more minimal with a touch of African vibes. My hope was to create something more organic and because Arrive focuses on changing kids lives, I decided to create an almost crayon-like texture/effect to hint at learning. I then applied that to some super simple patterns used throughout the branding. Acacia trees are beautiful and strong and at the time we felt like it really helped to represent growth and standing strong + thriving! Shoutout to the whole Arrive team for making an impact on the world! Website design by @kristawelchphoto
