🕺 You might recognise Arslan (@arslanexplorer) from the viral video of him breaking into a shuffle dance after the @mizunouk Swansea Half Marathon 🕺

While shuffle dancing is still Arslan's favourite way to stay active, running has become something much more!

🧠 He believes that every run is a chance to leave the sofa behind, challenge yourself, and do something positive for your mind.

👟Running isn't just exercise—it's meditation in motion. 🏃
