At the end of the day…
it all comes down to how bad you really want it.
You either chase your goals, or you chase excuses.
There’s no in-between.
Results don’t show up by accident — they show up when you do.

So lock in, stay hungry, and prove to yourself that you want this more than your comfort.

Best advice I could ever give anyone is: WORK IN SILENCE!
You’d be surprised how many people in your surroundings are not genuinely happy for you. Ppl may “like” you and wish you well, but they don’t like to see you doing better than them!
Success brings hate. Notice how sharing good news, business ideas to certain people dries up conversations…or gives them a green light to instill their fears unto your plans.
Take note and always read the room. Know your place and how much you allow someone into your personal space. Not all souls are genuine. Not everyone needs to hear your plans. You do not need validation or acceptance from anyone, so stop looking for it. If you’re waiting for your family and friends to believe in your ideas/plans, you’re never going to do it. Learn to shut up and work in silence. 💯

It’s a wrap for my first IFBB Pro show! I placed 7th out of 11 amazing competitors. I had a great time and I know what I need to work on to come back better next time.
