Everytime I admit to someone how nervous I was during a set, they always say “you didn’t look like it!” Idk if that’s my Botox or I’m just good at hiding it 👁️🫦👁️

It doesn’t matter the size of the crowd, production, or how much I have practiced. I will STILL be thinking about how I could’ve made that last transition better and planning my next move.

I want to see more performers be honest about how much we critique ourselves.

I do a lot of risky sh** LIVE & without sync (ngl idk how it works 😩)
I run a ton of last minute switch ups/mash ups or ideas I’ve had in my head for just two seconds…Sometimes they work perfectly. Sometimes they absolutely do not. 💀 But getting to experiment like that in front of people, and seeing those moments actually stick with you, means more to me than I can explain.

The messages I’ve gotten since this show that people actually REMEMBER specific songs and want the ID…that my OPENING set stuck with you after literal hours of multiple iconic performers?!?! Like r u fr?!
I genuinely don’t have the words. I’m confused af

I have so many ideas rampant in my head 24/7. Thank you for giving me a place to let them exist.

And if you’re a performer who’s constantly second guessing yourself, pls be a little kinder to yourself. Being nervous doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It just means you care a lot.

Someone out there is going to feel what you’re trying to create. Keep going. 🖤

I genuinely did NOT think I was going to have a crowd at 9PM. The event went until 2AM, so I was prepared to walk out to an empty field and just do my thing. I was simply grateful to be there.

But seeing you show up early for me, cheer my name, and give me that kind of energy from the very beginning completely overwhelmed me.

You could’ve waited. You could’ve wandered around. You could’ve come later.

But you showed up for me.

I was literally shaking. I didn’t know where to look, and I couldn’t believe you were all actually there. People I knew, and people I didn’t recognize!! so many of you choosing to spend those early hours with me.

That honestly fkd me up in the best way. 🫪🫶

I hope you know I don’t take that lightly. Your support means more to me than I can explain, and I’m so grateful we get to share moments like this together.

I looked out and realized once again: you are truly there for me.

I’ll never forget that. 🖤 I hope I made it worth it 🤞🧑‍🩰

That roar from the crowd was INSANE and you can actually hear it in this video!! I don’t think I’ll ever forget what that felt like.

My first show with @insomniacaz @mutate_official getting the night started for @holypriest , and I’m so grateful I got to experience this.
