HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABIES!!!! They are officially legal adults today! These 2 are so awesome, so loving, so fun and I love them to pieces!
They are such lights to this world and to our family and I’m so proud of them! (Now I know today is about them, but ummmm, can we acknowledge the fact that we I know longer have minor children? )

Soooo, I had a few firsts today. Box jumped 24” for the 1st time, and maxed out in my bench press for the first time with my son hypin me up & spotting me. I loved it.
Then got LOST (like ran past my own street FOUR x’s lost) in my neighborhood ,caught in the thunder, lightning and rain and slipped in someone’s driveway during my run today.
Pretty great fitness day. I’m going to bed now.
