Attended the Sol Summit Cultural Health & Wellness Experience today, hosted by Matriarch Mixer and AmorAmigas. 🧡 @matriarchmixer @indigenous.cc @cityofhopeaz @tgenresearch

Gathering with these incredible women truly fills my cup. I always leave inspired by the work these ladies are doing to support one another, strengthen our Indigenous communities, and create healthier futures for the generations coming behind us.

And watching my daughter at the center of this work makes me incredibly proud. ❤️ Seeing the next generation lead, serve, create space, and pour into community is powerful.

Today was also a beautiful reminder to keep leaning into your community. Support Indigenous businesses. Shop local. Build others up. Accept the compliment. Give people your best. Take time to heal. Focus on your health. Get your screenings. Pause before responding. Slow down enough to enjoy the people in your circle.

And remember… you deserve the same love, care, grace, and energy that you so freely pour into everyone else.

Indigenous wellness is community wellness. Our sisterhood is medicine. We are medicine. ✨🪶
