SOMETHING I RECEIVED AS ALWAYS AS IF BY MAGIC WHEN WORKING THROUGH SOME VERY HEAVY FEELINGS IN THE DARK ROOM - LITERALLY
I found the weight cathartic..
the process very dark… IT’s passed now.
I sense I’m stronger & a little wiser for the needed experience, teachings & alone time

⚪️WEIGH YOU DOWN⚪️

Weigh you down by rivers edge
In oder waters take your weight
Like a heavy boulder … to the bottom
It will sooth you …on your way
For your temper…needs a cooling
And your lungs need another gill
In order you …relax the tension
and avoid …another …pill !
