✨ Sometimes the hardest parts of us spill out in colour before they find words.

This session was more than painting it was a brave gathering of souls ready to face what’s heavy and honour what’s tender.

To everyone who sat in this circle, thank you for trusting the process, for sharing pieces of your truth, and for reminding us that healing is possible when we do it side by side.

And to See your care, your patience, and your gift for
creating spaces where hearts can breathe lighter… you make more difference than you know.

Healing. Connection. Empowerment. Expression.
That’s what Heart & Art is all about.
On July 20th, we gathered in a safe space a circle of shared stories, creativity, and care.
We laughed. We painted. We healed. We poured into one another and reminded ourselves that therapy doesn’t always look clinical.
Sometimes, it looks like community, color, and courage.
If you missed it, don’t worry this is just the beginning. Keep an eye out for more of our expressive wellness spaces where we use art as therapy and connection as medicine. 💛🎨🫂

What does art help you let go of?

Last week at Kardamom & Koffee, we watched color, emotion, and story pour out onto canvas in the most beautiful ways. Together with @artceeetherapy and @livemore_ug , we created space for stillness, healing, and honest expression—no pressure, just presence.

This is why we do what we do.
To hold space for community, creativity, and heart.

Until the next one. 🎨💛

That’s what Heart & Art is all about a space to create, release, and feel safe talking about mental health in a different way.

What does art help you release? At Heart & Art we explored that. Through color, canvas, and creativity we expressed things words couldn’t hold. 🧘🫟

Grateful for Celine from Artcee Therapy who gently guided us through the process, reminding us that expression doesn’t need perfection.

At LiveMore, we’re building spaces where art meets heart and where you’re always welcome to show up as yourself.

Would you join us next time?

Sunday was beautiful. 🌼🌼
The very first Heart & Art brought people into shared space, and turned art into a language of connection.

We painted, laughed, opened up, and built community over food, drinks, and heartfelt conversations.

Guided by the incredible Celine from @artceeetherapy a non clinical art expert we saw what it means to express, not impress.

This is what LiveMore stands for: healing, community, and the freedom to just be.

Happiness can not describe what we felt spending time with the engaging and well poised girls from Gayaza high school. Aside from answering thought provoking card questions from @can_we_talk_256 they also showcased their art drawings with @artceee.oasis
