Hyderabadi roots = Hyderabadi cravings ❤️ So today I made this rich, royal and ridiculously delicious Nizami Dum Ka Murgh!

Slow cooked (40 minutes) creamy, full of flavour..

Save this for your next dinner scene:

Ingredients:
* 1 kg chicken (with bones, cleaned)
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
* 1 cup curd (whisked)
Nut & Coconut Base:
* 10 almonds (paste)
* 10 cashews (paste)
* ½ cup fresh coconut paste
Spices:
* 1 tsp turmeric
* 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
* 1 tsp pepper powder
* 1½ tsp cumin powder
* 2 tsp coriander powder
* 1 tsp garam masala
* 1 tsp salt
Whole spices & fats:
* Small cinnamon sticks
* 1 tsp shahi jeera
* ¼ tsp cardamom powder (or two cardamom whole)
* 2 tbsp ghee
Fresh & texture:
* 2 handfuls fried onions
* 1 handful mint leaves
* 1 handful coriander leaves
Duration for the marinade (1-4 hours)

For smoke:
* Small piece charcoal
Garnish:
* Caramelised onions
* Crushed cashew & almond
* Coriander

Thai-inspired Chicken Thighs with a zesty cilantro-peanut salad and fresh lime — vibrant, flavorful, and super satisfying. Grill it, sauté it, or bake it — this recipe just works.    Ingredients: ▢ 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken thighs ▢ 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk ▢ 1/4 cup yellow curry paste ▢ Salt to taste ▢ 1 bunch cilantro ▢ 1/2 cup roasted peanuts ▢ 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil ▢ 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds ▢ 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice + wedges to serve ▢ 1 tsp soy sauce/tamari/fish sauce ▢ 2 Thai red chillies (finely chopped)
▢ Mango sliced on the side (julienne cut)
