It was great to be back at one of my favourite places today delivering this beautiful cake to celebrate the wedding of Brigita & Ollie. This cake really fitted in well with the autumnal theme chosen by the couple. Extended height , deep burgundy fondant with a crisp clean finish and beautiful flowers from @artemflorum . Thank you for trusting me to make your cake .

For anyone whose wedding moodboard leans a little darker... 🥀🕯️ 'An Ode to Romance' takes Gothic romance and runs with it. Deep crimson blooms, candlelight against ancient stone, dark grapes scattered across the table, wax-sealed stationery and bridal looks that could have stepped straight from the pages of a novel. From pearl-strewn corsetry and sweeping tulle to a full crimson gown and silver sequins, there’s drama in all the right places. Consider this your invitation to embrace the darker side of romance! Ready for the next chapter? An Ode to Romance continues on the blog 🖤 www.wedmagazine.co.uk/gothic-styled-shoot-wedding-devon.html Photography @rosiehardyweddings Videography @charlottedart Dress @allurebridals @ailsamunrodressmaker Hair @jessicafayebridalhair Make-up @lucykmua Flowers @artemflorum Dog Chaperone @hannahsweddingdogchaperone Content Creation @cornwall.wedding.content Model @hollyttmodel @brooketucker.x Stationery @paperbelles #devonwedding #devonweddingmagazine #devonweddinginspiration #devonweddingvenues #wedmagazinedevon

Beautiful Mowhay ceremony in May. It was a rainy summers day but the Mowhay was perfect for creating a light and airy space for the celebrations. It really felt like an indoor garden party for all the guests to enjoy. Congratulations K&R xxx To see more wedding inspiration click the link in our bio for the Journals. Florals by @artemflorum Photos by @laurabufferyphotography #IndoorCeremony #MowhayCeremony #MayWedding #Cornwall

A hill I will always die on is that details matter at weddings. They add luxury. They add personality. But most importantly, they tell your story. And stationery is of the easiest ways to add beautiful details. If dark romance is your thing, you’re going to want to see this... 🥀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Featured in the new Devon issue of Wed, An Ode to Romance brings together candlelight, dramatic florals, rich crimson tones and the dreamiest gowns, all set within the hauntingly beautiful ruins of a chapel. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s romantic, a little theatrical and full of the sort of details that make you stop scrolling.
