A few moments from our event at Hotel Van Zandt. I spoke on how Pilates helps builds core strength, flexibility, and better body alignment, while breathwork helps calm the nervous system and bring awareness back inward. We spend so much time focused on the external world that we miss the subtle cues our bodies are giving us. Intentional movement and deeper breathing support a slower heart rate and a more grounded state, while shallow breaths often show up alongside stress and anxiety. We all know it’s easier to heal in a stress free state. With that being said, don’t forget to pause and take a few deep breaths. All in all, I appreciate the continued support , every like, follow, repost, ticket purchase, and showing up all helps fuel the vision. Stay tuned for our upcoming community classes at DAWA HQ in January 💜 “He who looks outside dreams but he who looks within, awakens.” -Carl Jung 📸 @stephanie.e.saldivar
