Every detail has depth.

When we began designing Kingswood, the question wasn’t how to fit more into less, but how to make every part of the home count.

For those considering downsizing, the details matter. The way natural light moves through a room, the materials you live with every day, the ease of moving between spaces and the comfort of knowing your home suits the life you live now.

Kingswood reflects our belief that a home should never feel like a compromise. It should feel like the right next chapter, shaped around you and the things that matter most.

The details are worth a closer look.

A seamless transition from the master bedroom through to the walk-in-robe and ensuite, creating a private sanctuary where considered design maximises space without compromising luxury.

A considered entryway that opens seamlessly into light-filled living, creating a sense of openness, connection and understated elegance from the moment you step inside.

A beautifully designed alfresco that extends the living space beyond the home, offering effortless entertaining and a low-maintenance approach to everyday living.

A thoughtful balance of considered storage, clean lines and understated finishes, proving that downsizing is about making better use of space, not sacrificing the details that matter.

A quieter kind of luxury. The master bedroom is designed as a place to retreat, with a calm, considered aesthetic and a seamless flow.

Step inside and experience Kingswood.

This home takes a different approach when life calls for less.

Less to maintain, less to manage, but not less to enjoy.

Generous living spaces, beautifully resolved interiors and a level of finish that makes every home feel considered. From the stone and timber palette through to the kitchen, bathroom outdoor space.

There is a sense of generosity in the way the home lives. Spaces to cook and gather, quiet places to retreat and a garden that becomes part of everyday life without asking too much in return.

It’s a home that simplifies the practicalities, while keeping all the things that make coming home feel good.

Herringbone flooring, black hardware, a continuous stone benchtop and splashback, glass-front cabinetry catching the light.

Every material here was chosen to work with the others, not on its own.

Comment DETAILS for the list…

It’s all about the details… Leabrook Kitchen by @stefan_vignogna

The kitchen that stays clear while everything else happens behind it.

That’s the real brief, most of the time. Not a second kitchen — somewhere for the mess, the appliances and the overflow to go, so the room you live in stays quiet.

A question of clutter, not floor area. Once you read it that way, the answer changes.

When the space is there, I’ll design a full secondary kitchen. When it isn’t, a small one, properly considered, does the same work.

Follow along for a different way of thinking about interior design, with bespoke joinery and kitchen design at its core.

You should be able to cook without taking a single step.

Pots and pans, directly under the cooktop.
Utensils, a shallow drawer within reach.
Spices, the same again.

Everything where your hands already are.
It reads as a small decision on a plan.
It’s the one you feel every night.

One of the most bespoke details you can design into a kitchen is an integrated handle.

Same material as the door.

A 40 by 30 section, with a 24 deep pocket machined in.

So it gives plenty of grip and is functional not just seamless.
