POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes what scares us is exactly what carries us.

Some of us learned early that the world wasn’t safe; so the mind got good at watching, bracing, protecting.

Trust doesn’t come back all at once. It comes back in stages; something steady, a calm presence, small kindness that keeps showing up, until one day you notice you’re curious again.

Aleksandra Koblova @artkoblova paints exactly this; small people held and carried by gentle, enormous creatures. I paired ten of her paintings with ten stages of learning to trust the world again.

Which stage are you in right now? Save this for the days trust feels far away.

Be the artist of your own life.

Send this to someone who’s learning to trust again.

Part 1.
This book is a collection of fifty stories
about people who left a mark on my destiny
“50 Shades of Happiness” is not just a book…
I was not searching for a formula of happiness —
I was collecting its shades.
Sometimes through joy…
Sometimes through pain…
Sometimes through choice.
This book is dedicated
to the most important person in my life —
my mother, Svetlana.
And today, I share it with you .

Thank you to everyone who came,
who supported,
who felt this moment with me .
Because if even one person…
after reading this book…
stops and asks:
“What truly makes me happy?”
Then everything has already been worth it .
Especial thanks to @cabana.dubai
for warm hospitality and my Precious photograph @adlanealone for fantastic pictures 📸!

With love,
