As an artist, I love to daydream. ✨

But I also believe in pushing myself outside of my comfort zone—especially when it comes to recognizing my own worth.

Value yourself. Value your art. Value the vision you have for your life.

It doesn’t mean everything has to be about money. It means allowing yourself to dream bigger, ask for more, take up space, and stop getting in your own way.

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and the life we envision is the belief that we’re not ready, not worthy, or not capable.

Dream anyway.
Create anyway.
Ask for more anyway.

You might be surprised by what becomes possible when you finally get out of your own way. ✨

Your turn will come…keep creating👩🏻‍🎨.

I just bought my own boooooooook!!! Get out of town!! That was exciting!! My therapist hyped me up today and was super proud I followed through! I always wondered on some SAG projects why people never followed through and added the SAG credits on IMDb or finished the project.

When I asked, they said they simply got bored or had moved on to other things, but that time is currency and the energy is priceless, so one thing I really wanted to do was follow through! Working on the audiobook upload now.

Please feel free to check it out. The link is in the bio. If you buy it, you can buy it with one click! It’s 9.99. If you get it through Kindle unlimited, I cannot see analytics from it. If you do the “buy with one click”, I can see the outreach! And it excites me so much!

Let’s stop the Stigma! Beautiful things are happening in Chicago to help mediate those with mental health issues besides just law enforcement. Hoping for more advances like this! 🙏 That’s someone’s sister or someone’s mom. 🩷🩷🩷❤️‍🩹

Thank you Katy for the gorgeous illustrations. You brought my heart to life!! And art!

My friend and beautiful artist @artluminous makes moving empowered art. This image beautifully represents the power of perspective. Chapter 20 of the novel, “The Demon in the Oak Tree” powerfully shows this.

I also love the fact of how nature holds us so effortlessly. Away from the noise and in the prowess of nature, we can see more clearly and process deep emotion.

The books release will be May 4th on Amazon everywhere through Apple books, kindle, and ebooks. No AI involved. Just a heart song.

I hope you enjoy! Thank you Katy for your beautiful intuitive art. Luminous and healing. More than I could ask for. ✨🪷🔮

I’m so excited and blessed to have @artluminous on board to help share this beautiful message with the world. She is an amazing artist. Her art lights me up and evokes so much energy and emotion!

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the ebook with be available on Amazon. May the 4th!

It is my love letter to anyone who has experienced the ripple effect of mental illness. You are not alone, and I hope this book holds you. My goal is to stop the stigma. It’s so much more common than we all think. If you’re struggling coping with someone in your life who may have mental wellness issues, you can dial 988 at any time to speak with someone who will gladly listen.

I wish there were more resources out there. But hopefully this novel will help open a gentle dialogue where we can come together and lift each other up. It’s no one‘s fault. The brain is the body’s computer. There’s so many complexities to it that we don’t know still. Treat it wisely friends. Again it’s no one’s fault, no one wants to live this way. But it’s your job to take good care of you.

The audiobook is ready and will follow. It first needs to be a title on Amazon as an ebook. Thanks to all who have supported. It’s my purpose.

Love,

Kendra xoxo
