I love a beautiful gathering.
Even more when it gives back.

This holiday party brought together friends, family, laughter, dancing, and a shared commitment to something meaningful. The evening supported The Art of Dance — a program close to my heart, and one my youngest granddaughter is part of.

Moments like this remind me that celebration doesn’t have to be separate from purpose.
It can be generous.
It can be joyful.
And it can still feel intentional.

June 19, 2022 . 1 year since we became husband and wife! I finally understand how couples spend 50 years married to each other. This first year of marriage has came and gone so fast. I thank God everyday for our union and all the amazing things he’s doing in our lives. To my husband, thank you for this first year of marriage. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you & celebrate our black love every Juneteenth! Marrying you has been one of my greatest accomplishments, and I’m so grateful for the way you treat me, love me, laugh with me and share this life with me. I love you forever Justin ❤️

Thank you to all the vendors, friends and family that made our wedding day possible. It’s still by far the best day of our lives!

Contact me to customize an off season conditioning program for your entire dance team. Coaches can buy a “custom” kit or each dancer can purchase her own. Studios can purchase 10-20 “stations” and dancers can hook and train. These bands take up no room and can attach to the wall. Please contact me at 612-817-4104.
