More than an affogato.

Growing up, I was lucky to experience two worlds. My mom was raised in Los Angeles with Viennese roots, and my dad is from the former Yugoslavia. Every summer, we'd travel to Europe to visit my grandparents, where I fell in love with afternoons that stretched into lively evenings, cafés that brought people together over espresso and dessert, and a culture that celebrated lingering a little longer.

Coming home to Los Angeles, I wanted to bring that feeling with me - not by recreating Europe, but by blending its timeless café culture with the bold, multicultural flavors that make LA unlike anywhere else.

That's how Fogato was born.

A place where affogatos, espresso, cocktails, music, and community come together. A place where dessert isn't the end of the night - it's the beginning.

Welcome to Fogato.

I’m spotlighting another artist and dear friend, Ana Roby, who I collaborated with on the creation of Susurrus' emblematic tea blossom 🎨

Together, we translated that vision into the digital bloom you see on each bottle of Susurrus – soft, expressive, and authentic 🌸

Ana grew up between Mendoza and California, shaping a perspective rooted in both landscape and form. Her practice bridges art and architecture, something you can feel in every one of her pieces.

Please enjoy this interpretation of the beauty of the bloom, captured through Ana’s lens.

A look back at our pop-up last year at @_p_a_l_l_a_s_ . A first glimpse of the collection, a story behind our fabric sourcing, and an exhibit capturing the experience in treatment that inspired this project.

It was a moment to celebrate starting, connection, and community.

As we step into the new year, we’re excited to continue sharing this journey and creating more spaces like this. Explore the collection and learn more about the story at trtmnt.co—link in bio.
