Adult classes are back! Got a last couple of spaces in this workshop near Fiveways in Brighton this weekend. Kicking off the autumn term with some wonderful one off casting workshops, they're so much fun and a great way to have a couple of hours 'me time' and leave with a gorgeous plant pot complete with plant! Minimum age 16 but I also run family workshops if you're interested 🙂

And in a puff of wall filler and paint, the tiny weird and wonderfull-ness was gone! I enjoyed this for so many reasons: The chance to create work for a gallery space The chance to work with other creative women who have the same passion and weird ideas The chance to find out where the kids would go with this And the chance to share their amazing work with so many people! Cos they really do deserve to be seen! 🙌 ✨⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️ @outoftheboxcreativearts @arttutorbrighton @floatingting @phoenix_artspace #kidsmakethebestart #tiny #weird #wonderful

Did you catch the 'Mimosa Mobile' hanging in the #tinyweirdandwonderful exhibition @phoenix_artspace last week? Made from fallen seed pods from the mimosa tree in the Elm Grove primary school playground, and decorated by children at our Out of the Box Club there 😍 The exhibition is now finished, but thank you to all those who came along to see it. We are so chuffed with all the wonderful feedback we've received 🥰

I am excited to be running an Introduction to Plant Based Film developing workshop in Brighton @arttutorbrighton on Saturday 25th july 2026 The session combines a woodland photo walk and forage, where you will learn about the magic and science behind using plants to develop your films. Then we will prepare our plant brews and develop the films from the days adventure. If you wanna make your photography more sustainable and enjoy a day out in the woods then this workshop is for you!
