Embrace the journey

Running is all I’ve ever had that was truly MINE. 💪🏾

The one thing I’ve never had to share with anyone.

No judgment.
No voices.
No instructions.
No expectations.

Just me.

Out there in my own silent world, pushing through the pain, quieting the noise, and elevating my mind one mile at a time.

Running has always been more than physical for me. It’s where I come back to myself. #Roadrunners

So many people have helped me on this journey of building @JohnsonRunSeries that I never expected.

On my birthday in 2025, I was let go from my job while on paternity leave. That same day I locked in my first sponsorship for JRS. One door closed, another opened.

Being an entrepreneur is scary and fulfilling in the same breath. But we’ve built something special. 4th race approaching and the best is still ahead.

This past week I celebrated my 31st birthday. I thank God everyday for this life & the people in it. Thank you to Texas Quality for the whip & Ayo for the painting.

Big thank you to @centretx for inviting me for their cinco de mayo event. It was a pleasure & super fun. The vibes were inanely infectious, such great staff & even better vibes. I didn’t get a lot of footage of everyone that came by & get a piece of the flash!
Thank you to everyone that came and got a tattoo!

To top off a mad year! I ended up witnessing two of my favourite people get married and have a beautiful ceremony with all close friends and family & It was truly a blessing to be involved in what was such a wholesome trip down memory lane with my old teammates as well as close ones!

Congratulations to the Muanze-Bengono’s and may the Lord continue to bless you through your journey of marriage and life 🙏🏾
