With our taps into the energies of the Mooladhara - Guided by the timeless wisdom of Kundalini Yoga, we ventured into profound depths of spiritual insight and inner serenity as a united group. . And the combined energies of the Solar Eclipse and the New Moon on this past weekend was a very interesting combination! And as I reflect in the peaceful aftermath of "SAMANVAYA," the profound Kundalini Yoga meditation and sound healing event that I had the honor of organizing, I find myself in the serene sanctuary of my own soul, contemplating a journey that transcended the physical world. . The soothing echoes of healing sounds still linger in the atmosphere, serving as a reminder of the shared energy that coursed through us. 🌌🧘‍♂️ And as I say.... Keep Flowing... Keep Going... And with Patience and Perseverance... We keep Growing!! THANK YOU 🙏🏻 Next up... Ice Plunging at -28C?! Apparently, just another day in Siberia.. uh.. I mean Richmond Hill for Oleg, Marina, Nina, Vadim and Sergey! I know Oleg is a polar bear but I couldn’t believe how long everyone else stayed in. Then again, the water was much warmer than the air outside! Magical Ice Plunge with the snow on Sunday! The group keeps getting larger and it was great to see several new faces despite the weather, and the camaraderie with the other regulars at the hole. As always, big thanks to @omni.being and @aribeing for leading the group in the warmup exercises and talking the first timers through their fears! If you’re interested in joining, please contact @omni.being or @aribeing for details on upcoming cold plunges. This coming weekend looks to be around -25C and may be a bit too extreme, but don’t be surprised if you find Oleg lounging in the hole ;) Epic soundtrack by @Maxkomusic #coldplunge #iceplunge #frozenlake #bondlake #coldimmersion #yougotthis #keepgoing #winter2023 #icedip #winter #polarplunge #breathe #snowfall #faceyourfear #livelife

These goddesses are above “CORRUPTION!” There is hope for humanity! 🌐 If you or someone you know might be interested in pursuing an endeavour along the lines of a ‘Karma Currency’—described in images of this post—dm me or tag them. My focus is now on executing careful designs for @Symbio.vision, but I’m happy to help in some capacity. ————————————————— #prpunkers #corruption #design #massmedia #corporatelobbying #sociopathy #empathy #authenticity #government #systemsdesign
