One thing I have always underestimated 🔥

Being around your normal environment brings you only that far. Not everyone has the same goals and desires than you, maybe because they didn’t know any other way than the way their parents, grand parents and all the next generation lived.

If you seek more, you have to be around people who have what you desire. Youre the product of the top 5 people you spend most your time with (including family and friends).

Since being part of such incredible network of female leaders ans entrepreneurs - I have found a new way of creating my dream life ✨♥️

My mission is to create a queens hood of uplifting females around the world, where we hold the space to dream bigger, where we support each other in achieving these goals but more so to keep each other motivated and accountable.

It isn’t always easy to work on yourself. But also it shouldn’t.

Since starting my personal growth journey I didn’t even understood what I got myself into. I saw all these women living their dream and I wanted it so badly too. Nothing comes from nothing right.

If you think manifestation will do the work then thats not the Truth - sorry to break it to you Queen!

When you start to …

✨ understand who you really are, what makes you you
✨you know exactly what’s holding you back, start seeing the old patterns and beliefs you once created

✨ when you learnt o accept yourself for who you are, with the things you love about yourself and the things you don’t love that much. When you fully understand you and start to love yourself

✨ when you get into high vibration and maintain it, when you know how to get out of the low moments and learn to keep going

…. Then you have taken full control and be able to create your desires! Miracles are falling into place and opportunities appear that support you.

We live in such busy society and always want to get things done immediately. I’ve been working and practising how I can manifest my dreams sooner but it just wouldn’t happen at all !

I wish I knew this earlier…

All that time I needed to have friends and family around me to have fun. I wouldn’t go into the pub or on a holiday if nobody was available.

My life became so dependant on others and therefore I was quite unsettled from within.

The my own discovery journey I figured who I was deep down! I learnt that I don’t have time to wait for others and I wanted to spend more time doing the things I love even when it meant to do it on my own 🤭

When I started to decide to make a change and go for it - I saw a change:

✨ I started to plan out my biggest desires
✨I felt so much more satisfied and happy from within
✨ you build more compassion for others who don’t fit into your “inner circle”
✨ I truly started to understand myself more

I dare you this week to spend some alone time - 10 minutes is totally fine. Take yourself out for lunch and leave your phone on flight mode, just be there with yourself as you were with your bestie!

Are you still a peoples pleaser ? You will regret it.

So many times I did the things for others even tho I really didn’t want to do it. So many times I said yes, just to get their approval and respect. So often I cared more about fulfilling others needs than mine.

And you know what ? Often times I asked myself …. Damn I wish I haven’t done that, so I could have used that time to fulfil my dreams. Now, I sat in this situation unhappy and exhausted.

☝🏼There are two most common reasons why we become peoples pleasers:

1. We have low self esteem: we don’t value our needs enough and look for external validation.

2. Insecurities: they think others won’t like them if they don’t make them happy and do things for them.

When you start to stop being a peoples pleaser - it’s certain that people start to watch you closer because you have changed! That’s what they always say! 😊 but thank god you’ve changed! You don’t do everything they want you to do which isn’t aligned to you. You have your own needs and desires. You are more confident and start living a aligned life! You finally do things that sits outside of your comfort zone, people love you for exactly what you do now - being you!

Eventually they will support and adore you for breaking through! Or they will keep watching until they realise …. “I wish I stopped people pleasing myself.”

So don’t forget, break free and do it anyway!🙏🏼👑

What to do to find your purpose?🙏🏼

I struggled for a long time to really know who I was and what I wanted. I had literally no idea and properly had the basic answer like everyone else: “well just want to find a good job and be happy”

This statement is a statement without any purpose, without any real thrive, without any vision!

You are the creator of your own life. What ever you truly desire is possible to accomplish! Self love has so many meanings but essentially self love is the truest love you can find. Within yourself. If you understand who you are, love the version of you and respect yourself - you become unstoppable ♥️👑✨ you are unique and powerful!

If you’re too afraid dream bigger or chase your dreams that seem so far away, do this!🙏🏼

I’m literally scared of being under the water. It really freaks me out. The reason why I was pushed into the water once when I was younger and couldn’t swim. A friend of mine saw me nearly drowning and rescued me. Since then I don’t appreciate if someone pushes me under the water or even swimming under the water is freaky sometimes.

Now jumping into the water is another obstacle to over come. I saw all these kids jumping off this rock and I thought I really want to do it but I’m too scared.

Even tho I was mega scared I decided to jump anyway. Now I’m so proud my boyfriend recorded the moment and I can share it with you!

Even if you’re afraid, do it scared ☺️🙌🏼 you’ll always come out stronger on the other side.

Any dreams or goals you have that seem scary and you’re afraid of going for it. Do it anyway! Do it scared! Being scared and being excited is the same body reaction! It’s a simple mind switch from “I’m to scared” to “I’m excited to do it”.

I’m scared of…

… not following my desire. To always think *what if I had done it, what if I tried it out and it could have helped me to go next level*

Studies shown that people retreat more thr things they didn’t do than the things they did do (I wish I did take the opportunity vs. I wish I wouldn’t have done that!)

If you see an opportunity, take it! The worst that could happen is that you realise this isn’t for you. 🔥🙌🏼✨
