Charlie Holmes absolutely crushed his ARVAE FITNESS training session! He made plenty of mistakes throughout the session, but what impressed me most was his ability to learn from every single one of them and keep pushing forward. This kid does EVERYTHING at 110 MPH! I had to remind him to slow down just a little and focus on controlling his movements to help minimize those mistakes. Charlie is going to be something special because he’s respectful, coachable, hardworking, and eager to learn. At the end of the session, he even shared a powerful quote: “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME!” I had an absolute blast working with him today! Keep working, keep learning, and keep believing. The sky’s the limit, Charlie! #ARVAE
