I wish there was a better way to express the gratitude and honor I have for being able to be a teacher and practitioner @blackswanyogasanantonio FOR THE LAST THREE FUCKING YEARS.
Thank you all for accepting my wild ass as I am and will always be. To all my family who I’ve grown so wildly with, not only in our practice in the studio and on our mats, but OUT HERE IN THESE FUCKING TRENCHES… it’s gang gang for life.
But to every single one of you that I have met on this path, laughed with on this path, hugged, cried, screamed and just lived with on this path.
I wouldn’t know what my life would be like if I never came across every single fucking one of you. For that, I am so deeply grateful.
…
And to think… it all started from that little corner in the back of the studio.
Little did I know, that I was just planting the roots of my soul into my home.

Ary- we are sooo lucky to have met and have you in our life.
Everything has been perfect timing for Odie and I. Life has not been so nice to us and yet has reward us with the most absolute best people. Life for Odie and I has become a dream come true. Meet your instructor, Aryhadna!

“Hello everyone, my name is Aryhadna, I am 200hr RYT. I found yoga in 2022 and haven’t looked back since. Yoga & meditation have helped me a great deal with my anxiety and overall mental health. Since then I have grown not only in yoga but overall as a person. My goal is to guide students and help them find their expression in each class while creating a space that is safe for all.”

yesterday i completed a 200 hour YTT Program alongside these amazing & inspiring souls 🫂💞

i’m so grateful for this program and all the people involved in it. this journey has been anything but easy. yoga is so much more than the physical practice, it’s about union of the soul, heart and mind. to do this requires so much inner work, breakthroughs and vulnerability. i’m so grateful for our mentors @sumerlinllyoga + @zflowandtru for their guidance and wisdom. to see something in me that i couldn’t see in myself has been the biggest blessing and life change. this experience has brought me peace of mind, presence, and trust. there’s so much to be said about how magical this has been, but overall i’m just so excited to extend everything i’ve learned into healing others 🌹 so proud of these future yogi teachers & spiritual leaders, this is just the beginning!!!
