2025… honestly what a year 🥹🤍

Taking the jump into coaching 2 years ago was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I never imagined it turning into this.

This year hasn’t just been about transformations (even though wow 😮‍💨). It’s been about confidence coming back, girls backing themselves again, stepping into things they never thought they would — and building habits that actually last.

We’ve had photoshoots, team meet ups, our first ever client Christmas night out 🥂 and somewhere along the way clients genuinely became friends. That will never not mean the world to me.

This isn’t just coaching. It’s a community. And I’m so bloody proud to be part of so many of your journeys 🤍

2026 is the year you put yourself first — and this wee team is honestly the perfect place to do it ✨
If you’ve been watching for a while… this might just be your sign 🤍

The love, lessons, joy, support and most importantly the memories and friendship i’ve experienced at this school over the past 12 years have shaped me into who i am today.
