a weekend @hautehaus.colorado —

haute haus was nothing short of magical. the hosts go above and beyond with every little detail. so grateful to have spent such an incredible, relaxing, and healing weekend here. a true wellness retreat in a mountain escape, really something special. we enjoyed and loved all of the amenities — the sauna, steam shower, gym, workout equipment, red light therapy, the smart beds...there is so much more goodness, too. honestly, we wanted to stay forever! can’t wait to be back in June with @rockymtnbride

This winter has been transformative —

A lot goes on behind the scenes of social media — we lose loved ones, we put pressure on ourselves for success and progress, we get caught up in the day to day busyness and don’t always have our eye on what’s important.

How easy it is to forget the miracle of being here.
How foolish to forget how rare all of life is.
How lucky am I to exist, and exist at the same time as you.

The past year has been a lot of things for Dill and I (and Banks). Let’s call it change, growth.

5 months ago we packed our things, rented out our home, and headed out of Colorado for the winter. We originally were going to travel all around, but found happiness by the beach.

We’ve been enjoying every moment, living in the present, and going with the flow. We’ve been creating new routines and building new dreams together.

We’re looking forward to heading back to Colorado in a month, looking forward to my next wedding in a few weeks!!! And are excited to see people we love and have missed, feel the energy and connection to the mountains, and have an unforgettable summer / wedding season before we figure out what’s next.

If you’re still here, thank you.
Appreciate you more than you know.

How lucky are we?
xx
